Food was terrible today. It’s actually gone down hill over past year. Today just got to the point I’m not coming back. Rice was under cooked, chicken was fatty/chewy supposedly being white chicken breast. Bowl was barely filled along with egg roll being cold like it was made hours ago. Quality has been terrible past few times I’ve eaten at Chamberburg Teriyaki Madness.
The WORST customer service EVER! Stopped for a quick dinner last night and the girl at the front counter was absolutely horrible!! No greeting, no thank you just completely RUDE and you could tell she hated her job and didn’t want to do it. I felt extremely unwelcome!!! On top of that, when we got home to eat, our food SUCKED. the vegetables were completely RAW, the fried rice and noodles where disgusting. Inedible. Just an awful experience all around and will not be back.
While my food was good, the customer service was terrible. Not even a “Hello”. Told the girl I had an order to pickup, gave her my name, she handed me the bag and never said one word.
