I normally really like them. Now when i go in they say i cant order wedges at the counter, (but i could online) so i made an online order in the restaurant. This time they told me i cant order it. I get kfc over other chicken places for the wedges, i love them. It still has them available in the app, i dont know why they wont let me order them.

If I could rate this place a zero I gladly would. Placed my order in the drive thru got to the window just to be told they're only accepting cash due to the system being down. Told the man they should have something on the order board. It was the look of audacity he gave me that I suggested something practical. Got the response of well you dont have cash so.... complete waste of time.

Yesterday went thru the drive thru line, food place wasn’t busy at all, they told us to park our car waiting on mash potatoes. 20min roll past, go in and ask how much longer of a wait, they asked me what my order was and the lady turned around and told the person who took our order to start packing the order you forgot the order the person turned around and said ughh that’s so much work , meanwhile they gave us our drinks. While I was waiting for the food, employees was using crazy profanity, on there phones, on phone calls, last fast food job I had we couldn’t even have our phones on us until break they were collected into a basket maybe yall should do that and focus on your customers. Meanwhile after waiting prolly 40min for food the food was trash aswell

Food is good, the cashier (Nayeli) was very friendly, even apologizing to me for something 100% not her fault (the entry and exit driveways here are kinda rage inducing if you've never been here before, as I hadn't). The dining room was very clean but that's probably because they were about to close the dining room. My biggest issue is the portion size of the sides. They used to be so much bigger :( I will recommend this place.
Unless you’re getting a bucket the food is neglected. I assume made and thrown under a warmer because it was absolutely terrible quality. Go to Chick-fil-A or the location in shipp because chambersburg KFC is a waste of time and money.

Should have heeded the reviews. They shorted the guy in front of me a piece of chicken. I had to wait while they sorted that out. I .then picked up my mobile order that was marked ready. I noticed I was short one piece. Had to wait again while that was sorted out. Ended up being there 13 minutes for an order that was already done on my lunch break.

When I was there their roof was leaking brown nasty water. We ordered two sets of mashed potato poppers. We didn't receive gravy at first so I asked for the missing gravy and got 1 dish with the tiniest amount possible. So disappointed with the way my childhood favorite restaurant has become. Also prices are a bit extreme on certain things.

As someone who worked there, i can for sure say this is a horrible, dirty, and just plain bad restaurant. We had ants crawling through the drive thru window and NOBODY washed their hands to protocol. Everybody also used their unwashed hands to pick through the pieces of chicken and eat out of the heating trays!

The ratings on this kfc are 100% illegitimate. This kfc is hard to get into, cramped, and inconvenient. The tables and chairs are absolutely covered in a sticky mess. The music is louder than a bad concert. My fries were half full, the chicken was dry and chewy, basically the worst kfc I've eaten at. Don't come here.
