Dropping another star. I like KFC but it just keeps getting worse at this location. I usually get the same thing and I just paid $5 more I'm pretty sure because someone doesn't know how to do their job. The price keeps going up and quality and quantity keep going down. It's like they want the place to close down and have no business.

Have been here 3 times withing the last 2 months. I order the 12 piece family meal and every time I have been shorted couple of pieces. The last visit was today and I only got 10 of the smaller pieces (legs and wings). I've always gone through the drive thru and the employees seems not to be able to hear. They never give out a receipt so I have to ask every time. This place is not customer friendly and never get their orders right based on many other reviews.
Corporate should definitely look into this location or they would go out of business soon.

Who is the DM of this establishment? I went through the drive thru at 8:15 pm. tonight. The sign turned off. The menu board turned off. Not a single car in the customer parking area. Not a single customer in the restaurant. I asked the young man at the window. "You don't have any lights on. Do they not work?" Reply, "Yeah, they do. We just didn't turn them on." Wow! What a way to run a business.

30 minutes to get thru the drive thru, food still wasn’t ready, then had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring food out! 2 f’n chicken sandwiches and over 30 minutes? Never going back!
Very nice staff, makes you feel welcome. But unfortunately the food isn't the best. It's fine but it's usually not very hot or crispy. That being said it's the only one close and it isn't that bad so I keep returning. I haven't gone inside so I can't speak on that, I use the drive thru.

So they were definitely not having a good day, seemed like they had multiple call off, however the food service and staff, did an exceptional job, the manager that I recognized from multiple visits over the years, even in a bad situation did exceptional.
