Short staffed according to an employee, poor employees were having a hard time with getting most of the orders correct while we were waiting. We paid for an extra patty and cheese on the quarter pounder which we did not receive. Being understaffed on a Sunday is unfortunate
Fortunately a cashier finally came to assist me. The kiosks are nearly impossible to use. I don't want to login, I'm not a member and I don't want to be a member. I couldn't find bacon egg and cheese biscuit on the menu anywhere on the kiosk. Finally I ordered at the cashier. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was okay, but certainly not as good as normal.
Normally my visits to mcdonalds are never worth mentioning. Whether it be good food and grumpy employees or the opposite. Today I was greeted with a smile and told to have a good day along with 2 picture perfect sandwiches and a coffee that is delicious and made the correct way. No sugar laying in the bottom of the cup.... thank you to the two employees I interacted with at the drive thru windows, you started my day off with a smile and that can forever change someone's entire...
