I had a horrible experience today with a waiter, I cannot remember her name but she had dark hair, glasses, and about 40. It was about 2 pm I had my child with me and all my bags I ordered my food, went to sit down, and she stood in my way, never offered to help, had a rude attitude the whole time. I am very disappointed with the service I received today, and recommend to anyone to go somewhere else!

ordered a chicken cheese steak. got some flavorless slop on a hoagie roll. may have been canned chicken or tuna. most of it went in the trash. other options in town

I was stopping through on a long trip and they took my order at 10:30pm on a Monday. Not only were they incredibly nice, I had the best pizza in a very long time! We also got the tuna salad that was just as amazing. Highly recommend!

I have eaten at this pizza place in the past always was great food. I placed an order today and I got it home and it was not what I ordered. Also what ever it was , wasn't cooked properly either. You need to get better cooks. Very disappointed in pat & Carla's. You suck and caused me aggravation and wasted time.

Never order from this pat & Carla’s again. It’s the worst restaurant in chambersburg. The service was terrible, the food takes 4+ hours to be delivered and the people who take the orders mess up the address and can’t understand common English. This restaurant should be shut down until they have employees who can manage and run the store. I’d never put this restaurant in any competition to see the time frame of a company. They will be hours late with cold food and shitty Mexican service. If any corporate officer or corporate people see this, go into the restaurant and shut this restaurant down. Please and thank you

Called in for delivery, the food didn’t get to my house for over 2 1/2 hours. By the time the food finally came it was cold. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place, extremely upset at the service they provided.
