We found this restaurant on Happy Cow. Nice vegan options including Pho with Tofu, veggies, in vegetable broth. We all had veggie stir fry with Tofu. They had multiple starch options including rice, rice noodles, lo mein. So good! Hot Jasmine tea is complimentary. The owner is so sweet. We've eaten there twice and will go again when in the area.
We ordered takeout and at first I thought the bill was a little pricey but then I realized we had paid for an extra appetizer which we did receive and it was partially my fault for the mix-up so it was no big deal and not everyone in our group is vegan so from what I understand the extra appetizer was delicious. I was warmly greeted and seated. I travel extensively and am always on the lookout for a new Phö restaurant. This one Doesn’t Disappoint. Kara listened closely and delivered exactly what I asked for. The #48 has a Rich Savory Broth with delicious Rice Noodles and as much Meat as you could hope for. I Love Jalapeños in my Phö and they didn’t skimp. I look forward to my return visit. ?????
