Food was good. Service was okay, we had to request refills which isn't terrible but we've had servers who were more attentive. Our party of 5 was seated at a small booth with a chair on the end. This was very tight and made for an uncomfortable eating experience. It was also quite loud in there, although we expected that. It's okay, but may not go back for awhile.

We have been to many different Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Your food and service was by far the best we ever had! Our steaks were done to perfection and still tender the next day when we ate leftovers. The service was fast. Our waiter was very attentive. We will definitely take the almost 2 hour drive to come back again. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Good food and service. Place was far to noisy.

This is a typical place to eat, upbeat environment, very loud so if that bothers you go elsewhere. The best part is the rolls and cinnamon honey butter. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and others it’s too dry and overcooked. Service is the same as food. Peanuts are free on the table and they throw the peanuts on the floor. Kids love stomping on them to crunch! So that’s fun! The workers also do routine dances for certain songs which is fun!

For 1 adult and 2 kids estimated 25-35 minute wait. After receiving a text to come inside (15-20 minutes later). We check in and wait another 30 minutes, While we see other parties our same size come in, check in, and get seated before us. I'm not sure what was going on, but we were heavily disappointed in the service. We got tired of waiting and ended up leaving

1 star because I never get to eat here. What's the point of having a lunch special when you're not open for lunch! When I lived in Alabama, I was able to go 2-3 times a week because they were actually open when I get off work for the day. The parking lot at all the places around you are packed but you're empty! I don't wanna eat at Jersey Mike's, teriyaki madness, and cafe del sol. I wanna eat steak!

We were staying at the Best Western in Chambersburg, PA and walked the .2 miles to the local Texas Roadhouse. We haven't been in one for a long time. This one was no different than any other in the chain. I had the smothered grilled chicken with a house salad and sweet potato as sides. The food was good. My husband had a strip steak with a house salad and sweet potato. His steak was ok. We are spoiled, eat top of the line all natural meats and chicken. Ok for a quick stop. Service was ok. Our server forgot to bring me water and I was charged 2.00 extra to take off mushrooms and add more onion. Not good. We won't be back this way again. If we were, we would choose another place to eat.

Food was ok, no thought was put into preparation. Waiter was not into the task, he seems withdrawn. Atmosphere was vibrant with many people communicating at the same time, with music
playing .

We were a table of four, our server Jeffery took our order. Three entrees and an appetizer. We got our entrees but I had to literally chase down our server for our appetizer which was for my youngest who just wanted cheese fries. We as a family only eat when everyone has been served, sitting there for twenty minutes waiting for cheese fries as our meal was getting cold was not enjoyable , we're not going to eat while a family member has no food, that's just wrong, I hope you understand especially when it's supposed to be a " family" restaurant. The manager came over and asked if everything was going well, I explained to her about the meal being served before the appetizers were, no reply. My wife's steak was tough and fatty. I am so disappointed with this roadhouse and it's service, this certainly was not worth my hard earned money.

* wow, there really concerned about my dining experience , unbelievable response.

Short kid with black curly hair working Dec 22 at 8:50 PM must've been doped up or concussed. He laughed the entire time when he picked up the phone, and when I picked up my order, he told me to wait outside in the freezing cold and couldn't keep a coherent conversation. He had to get someone else because he was unable to formulate his own thoughts. Kid needs serious discipline. Food was fine though.

Awesome food, great service, good western atmosphere. Prices are a little high, but worth it if you want to treat yourself and the whole family.

Well, we normally get seated and greeted right away. Today was not one of those days. We were seated quickly as no one was in front of us. Second booth from the “on-deck” area. Sat down at about 4:50. We saw numerous servers and managers walk by. Not one stopped. We kinda thought that maybe the server was avoiding us to prevent us getting the early dinner special. But, still no one came. 5 after we got up and left. Not cool TR. I’ll save my veterans voucher for another day. Hopefully, we can get some kind of service.

Food was great, atmosphere was great, the dancing servers were entertaining. Our server Selene was exceptional. She kept checking on us and even checked on our food when it was running late. Great job!
