I was recently in the position of having to arrange a post funeral luncheon with very little notice. I called Ashley's because I had been there and enjoyed the food and service. I called and had the pleasure to work with Shannon who manages to squeeze us in with 2 days notice for 20-25 people. I met with her Monday afternoon to put together the luncheon for Wednesday and she was fabulous! She made space for us, helped me create a limited menu (when printed it with the photo...

The menu is vast and a salad bar to add. There are sandwiches salads bowls and meals. The is plenty of room and its bright and cheerful inside. The staff was friendly and responsive. I got the shrimp and chicken bowl and it was not only delicious but a good portion.
