The food here is pretty mediocre, but the coffee has always been made exactly the way I ask for it. My biggest issue, though, is that recently I’ve been directly asked, “Are you gonna give me a tip or no?” I find that really uncomfortable and off-putting. Tipping should be the customer’s choice, and being asked so directly makes the experience unpleasant.
Can't go wrong with Dunkin..especially in the AM when everything is fresh. Cooked to order foods are pretty good too!
This is my goto on the way to work. Drive thru is quick, staff gets to know your order and recites it to you when you get to the speaker. Fresh food, coffee, and friendly people.
