I fell in love with Flour & Oats during one of my visits to Rittenhouse Sq Market, and have been buying cookies from them ever since! Although they aren’t at the market anymore, I love ordering from them online! Their cookies are always fresh. I loveee the shortbreads, their seasonal lemon blueberry cookies, their fall apple caramel snickerdoodles and the festive cookies for the holidays. Cannot recommend this place enough!
If you walk in at the right time, the smell hits you like a wonderful dream you'd forgotten. The difference between this bakery and many others, the taste and texture match the dream. We are not too far away, but if we ever have to move back to Jersey (for our parents), we will definitely make the trip...repeatedly. The cookies are created with imagination and never disappoint. I liked the place very much. Their scones and cookies are really fresh and very yummy. They have clean ingredients but one request if they could start baking some of them with stevia, monk fruit sweetener or coconut/date sugar.
