Drove by one day and saw this cute little bakery and stopped by. It was the a couple days before Christmas and close to closing time. They were so busy inside listening to Christmas songs and packing up cookies for gift boxes . They didn’t have much, which was expected, but they were able to get me 4 different types of cookies. Wow! I don't have words that will do these cookies justice. I can only say a prayer each night that flour & oats will come to NY soon, in the meantime I'll be placing a monthly mail order.
I wanted something gluten free, and the orange sugar cookie was the only thing available. It would not have been my first choice, but it was SO good!!! It melted in my mouth, had great texture, and was full of flavor. Thank goodness I bought two, because my husband wouldn't have gotten any! He loved his, too!!! I'll be sure to call ahead to make sure I get something next time I go!
