We had breakfast here today and got some bagels in the first order. Felt like bagels are small in size and cream is ok.In the next order I took Cinnamon muffin which is so cold and too much of sugar in each bite. I had complained the same but associate said customers are opening the door to enter and exit though they are in temperature controlled containers.Instead listening to the concern associate is giving some weird reason and trying to change her tone. Immediately I said I am neither asking to change it nor refund. The other associate pitched in and said he will remove them and didn’t offer anything else.I threw the muffin in trash bin and they didn’t even show concern and empathize how bad the muffin was.Not coming here back again.

There’s always issues with orders and as other reviewers have said, do an insufficient service.Placed online order for pickup, only to get a call from the store 2 minutes later informing me that bagels are out of stock. And it was not 1-2 but several varieties were out of stock.So, keep in mind that inventory is not reflected in online order.- extra-small size bagels- expensive than most options around including Whole Foods- felt eating plain bread; no taste or flavor- slow serviceI would say it is not worth the money. It may be best to spend your money elsewhere.

Beware...I purchased 3 bagels and asked for them to be sliced in half and for one to be toasted. Not a big ask of a bagel shop. I was told I had to have cream cheese to have bagels sliced in half, no toasting either. Not that it's relevant, but my family doesn't like cream cheese. I insisted that they be sliced as we didn't have the means. They gave in, but charged me a dollar without telling me. That's just pure greed. They then asked for a tip by way of the screen. Are you kidding me??? I told them I'd never return. They should have been decent enough to inform me that they were adding a charge to slice a bagel.?

I'm used to poor service and long waits here but today took the cake. Never again. Walked in, only a mother and daughter in line. Thought this would be actually one of a few times I can get in and out in less than 20 mins. Placed my order and went to to wait. Business started picking up per usual. Began to see people who came in after receive their orders. After 10 min wait I asked the man about my order. I see the woman who took my order look concerned, run back to register and rering it, come back and give ticket to the male. No worries, it happens, however he then places it after all the other tickets. I try to get his attention and say no, I've been in line more than 10 mins and when I came in only one person was in line. He rudely says no, you are at end of line, you wait. It takes another 27 mins to get my food. He motions to me it's ready, and repeats the order ending with 2 hash browns. I said no, I paid for 3, he says "ticket says 2, you paid for 2". No, she rerang my ticket and missed a hash brown. I have three bagels and 3 hash browns. He says no and pushes bag towards me. I'm speechless, a $47 order (including 22% tip because you tip when you order), a lost order, a 37 min wait and you refuse to give me a hash brown I paid for. Never ever again.
We went out Saturday morning to get started on errands and considered going to Nudy’s but decided to come here instead so we could get in and out quickly and not spend a bunch of money.Unfortunately, it was not quick and we spent nearly as much as we would have at Nudy’s. Although it wasn’t terribly busy, it took something like 15-20 minutes to order and receive our two bagels. They must have been understaffed based on the excessive wait time and the state of the store. The coffee counter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in awhile. The tables were all dirty as well. For $31 and change, we received two lox bagels, two bags of chips and a coffee. We didn’t even eat the chips because we don’t like that kind but there weren’t any other options. We were very disappointed.

Highly disappointed with my recent order, my bagel barely came toasted and there was almost no cream cheese. Ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese and waited almost 20 minutes, everyone who ordered after me received their sandwich before me. Usually impressed with the quality of these bagels but not today.

I was heartbroken when this location closed and so hype when it reopened with new owners, but it's just been disappointing. You would expect their bagels would be better than Giant's or even Wawa, but they're not. Everything bagels specifically are soft, chewy, and hardly any seasoning whatsoever. You can find more flavor in a grocery store bagel. It also doesn't seem to matter if you ask for it toasted or not, it'll be chewy and wet. Egg is dry and unmixed, so you'll have one bite of overdone yolk and then the rest will be overdone shavings of egg white. Never thought I'd say that I would've rather gotten a Wawa sizzli instead but that's how awful it was.

This place used to be awesome, but lately I find that it takes forever to be waited on even if I am the only person in the store. They hardly ever have my favorite, jalapeño cheddar, in stock. You'd think if they were sold out of them by 9:00 they would MAKE MORE! I stopped there twice this morning and was never waited on. I know everybody in the food business is short staffed these days but at least acknowledge the fact that there are people waiting at the counter.
