This place used to be awesome, but lately I find that it takes forever to be waited on even if I am the only person in the store. They hardly ever have my favorite, jalapeño cheddar, in stock. You'd think if they were sold out of them by 9:00 they would MAKE MORE! I stopped there twice this morning and was never waited on. I know everybody in the food business is short staffed these days but at least acknowledge the fact that there are people waiting at the counter.
Avoid for business breakfast catering, overpriced for the amount of food you actually get. Ordered one $28 box if coffee, one $30 asst bagel box, and two $92 breakfast sandwich assortments (meat, egg & cheese), which was 10 bagel sandwiches per each asst, that's $9.20 each bagel sandwich! Not much bagel variety in my order, all were wrapped in one sheet of alum wrap, nothing was labeled, and thrown in a paper bag, no presentation whatsoever. We went out Saturday morning to get started on errands and considered going to Nudy’s but decided to come here instead so we could get in and out quickly and not spend a bunch of money.Unfortunately, it was not quick and we spent nearly as much as we would have at Nudy’s. Although it wasn’t terribly busy, it took something like 15-20 minutes to order and receive our two bagels. They must have been understaffed based on the excessive wait time and the state of the store....read full review
