Oh my goodness ... This was the best waterice. It was so tasty. I also got the cinnamon pretzel with the icing that was good. It was a nice treat. The $3 Thick water ice is a really good portion. I was very pleased with how flavorful it was . I would highly recommend this location for something sweet and reasonable.

Prices are great,so is the watering. Would gotten 5 stars,but never really know when it's open. It says opens at 3pm, but when get there it's closed. I just try stop there when I see a line out front.

In the last two times I’ve visited, the staff employees have directly and intentionally closed early with no formal notice. It seems they’re lazy and don’t keep the store open too long, which would be understandable in the wintery times. I wouldn’t expect this in the middle of the summer season. They’re short on communication, and overall give bad service with an immature look on the brand. Amazing water ice though!

Big Vars Water Ice is THE BEST water ice I have ever tasted! I visited here for the first time 2 weeks ago and had a pistachio gelato it was AMAZING! They have a very diverse menu also! I will definitely visit here again!
