I was at Chickie's & Pete's in Las Vegas last night 9/24/2025 @ 8:30ish pm. I was on a mini vaca to see the Wizard of OZ at the Sphere. Which was absolutely amazing. And I highly recommend it. It was our last evening in Vegas. So we decided we were going to ride the monorail to the end of the tracks. Which we did. The monorail ran an advertisement that recommended Chickies & Pete's for seafood. The advertisement said they were ESPNS # 1 sports bar. The restaurant was dead, they had like 6 tables and a few people at the bar, nothing major. It was empty. We we're seated immediately. The hostess was very nice and professional and sweet. Our server promptly arrived to take our drink order. Since we have never been here before I wanted to read the menu before I decided on what yummy seafood I wanted to order. I know it was a bad idea to order seafood in the middle of the dessert. But from looking at all the pictures it's supposed to be their thing. I wanted to order the steamed clams and the crab legs and some sort of a side dish. since my eggslut breakfast sandwich was wearing off. I wanted to order my appetizer so it came out before my meal and I had a chance to eat and enjoy. I asked the waiter if I ordered my appetizer and meal can you wait until my appetizer comes to place my meal order? He told me he could because they run a "fluid kitchen" he said. Words to the effect he has no way to control how the food comes out of the kitchen... ???. Well no kidding. So basically what he was saying is he couldn't put my order in for my 1 lb of crab legs costing $50 after my 18 count of steamed clams $27. I said okay, I'd would like to order the steamed clams. and I'll order my dinner after I have a chance to eat my appetizer. My boyfriend ordered the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks arrived within six minutes. My steamed clams arrived a few minutes later with no butter. There was so much water in the bottom of the dish. It was like fishing them out of the Ocean. I had to ask for it and he treated me as if I was asking for a favor he literally said you need butter? I informed him that the menu clearly stated they are supposed to come with lemon and butter for $27. Hopefully I can attach a picture of the menu. The butter finally arrived it was not clarified butter it was clearly movie theater / oil butter favoring. Now I'm thinking to myself, how am I gonna invest $50 more for Crab legs that I don't even have any butter butter to dip them into. Meanwhile, my poor boyfriend who hasn't eaten since this morning, orders a philly cheese steak sandwich. So I consume the clams in the water that taste like chlorine with my lemon and oil butter. I see the manager and decided should say something. Because at this point I am no longer investing any more money in this restaurant. I ask him if we can step outside. I explained to him what transpired and I told him he can figure things out and let me know what he thinks. He walks back into the restaurant and asks the hostess or a menu. I watch him read the menu. He then goes into the kitchen to talk to the cook/kitchen saff, I assume. He finally comes to out of the kitchen, to our table. Dumbfoundedly looking. He states that the server was wrong and should have brought the "butter". He asked what I thought would be a reasonable solution. I ask him to comp the clams. He told me he couldn't but he could only comp half of the $27 dollars, because I ate them. Yes I definitely ate the chlorinated tasting, oily fake butter clam's since I hadn't eaten since 10:30 am and it's now 9 o'clock at night. Additionally I still have to head back to the Cosmopolitan hotel where we were staying and try to find something to eat for dinner. I promptly declined and told him $13.50 wasn't worth not writing a review for. I'm not sure where the whole situation went wrong. Here I'm a tourist with $$$ to spend that got sucked in by the advertisement on the monorail. The ad did what it was su

Absolutely stellar restaurant. The food is great. Only thing that could be better is the atmosphere. The people can’t seem to decide whether they’re a bar or a restaurant and it shows; there are TVs everywhere which can be distracting if you’re just there for a meal. The service is good and the crab fries are great! I recommend you go when it’s not crowded.

The food was subpar. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. The service was average at best. Order a "vegan" burger for $17 which was just an impossible patty which came between a bunch that tasted and felt like cardboard. Also didn't come with fries. the drink photos in the menu are deceptive as they appear larger than the actual drinks received. Save yourself some money and have a better meal by going downstairs at the Grand Sierra Resort to Johnny Rockets.

Been a few times. Took the family tonight before going to the Phillies game and sadly again was disappointed. Service was slow at best. We ordered 1 pizza, 1 order of boneless wings and an order of the fries. Fries came out fairly quick. After about 30 minutes the Waiter comes by once a says there is some kind of delay in the kitchen may I get you another order of fries. We say sure (we had 2 kids with us that were hungry) about 10-15 minutes goes by and he brings the fries. Finally after 40 minutes the pizza comes out and 8-10 minutes later the wings finally arrive. Sure I get they were semi busy however when the waiter tells us there is a delay in the kitchen and then brings two different tables that were seated more than 10 minutes after us there food that included pizza, cheese steak, bar drinks, crab legs and other food the problem is not a delay in the kitchen. The waitress in the section next two us complete turned over 3 parties that were seated after us. Problem is not the kitchen. After the food finally arrived the waiter became MIA and kept his back turned to us when we were trying to get to go boxes and the check, Finally went ahead and asked to speak with. Manager to get our check so could pay and leave. Manager asked if there was a problem. Explained it to him and he looked at our order ticket and agreed that the time we waited was excessive and there was no reason for it. He apologized a few times. We paid our bill and left. Will be a long time before we return if we return at all. Food was fair at best also. Nothing to write home about,

Food is not good. My sandwich was cold and my son took two bites from his sandwich and almost threw up it tasted so bad. The only highlights were the French fries and cheese sauce. We even complained to the waitress and the manager said he would take 10% off
he didn’t even eat 10% of it. Ok, never eating here again.

Awesome place and great food

Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because our server was awesome. Food was HORRIBLE, no one in my party finished their meals. Shrimp tacos barely had any shrimp on it and there were the baby shrimps..... flavor lacked all the way through. For the lobster roll, the lobster was way over cooked... couldn't chew it , felt like you were eating rubber. Crab cakes were mediocre, no flavor Whats so ever. My husband got beer and that was flat. My meal came out 20 minutes after everyone else's. The menu looks good but don't do it! The fries were okay nothing to rave over. Wouldn't recommend.

Rude staff wants to close early and be extremely dismissive of customers. Better places with staff that won’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them.

Never been there.
