Ordered delivery to my hotel room. Food is good( even cold) but they use Slice for delivery, with no other options, and Slice is horrible. I tried Slice again and same reaults as last time. Drivers are lazy and drop food off wherever they can with no notification or anything. I will not order from this place again if delivery is what I need. Because of using Slice I only gave 1star for service because service from Slice is horrible but at least they actually found the hotel I am in this time. Food was cold by the time I figured out where it was

I asked for old bay fries 🍟 with cheese and salt and pepper only got cheese fries also they give me a can soda instead of 2 liter that comes with the order when u order over 30$ of food this was poor service im very disappointed 😔

Worst pizza i have had here in Philly Artificial crust. Not fresh. Tough and hard. Canned mushrooms, very skimpy on sauce and cheese. Horrible. Totinos would have been better. Half or third the Price.worst $25 i have spent.

Food is fantastic. Employees are super kind. I get a plain medium and a cheese fry. I didn't finish and put the leftovers in the air fryer the next day and it tasted just as good as the first day. 100% recommend especially for the price. The quality and speed are worth it. Going back again Thank you again.

I usually don't write bad reviews as I understand the climate of food service is difficult right now. Everything is so expensive and sadly that cost is then pushed onto the consumer.
I ordered a large pizza with half topping. There was barely enough topping on the half to justify the upcharge. The crust looks pre-made, like it's not being made in house which is weird... I may be wrong. It did taste good though. We asked for it to be well done and it wasn't.
The wings were probably the skimpiest, smallest things I ever saw. 20 of them was over $20 - they should have cost 25 each they were so small. However, I enjoyed the sauce.
The mozzarella sticks were fine. Not as "gooey" as I like them but that's a personal preference.
Over all this meal cost us over $50. The quality felt cheap and like corners were being cut. I try to support small businesses but sadly this one needs some help!

They should be ashamed of themselves and closed down!! I go in to get my food and the place is filthy like they haven't cleaned in forever and that should have been a hint for me to walk back out. This is the first and only and last time I will ever go there. When I get home and go to eat my food there was a cockroach in it!!! I never threw up so much in my life! The health board needs to go in there and that place needs to be shut down! If anyone goes there you better check your food but I would recommend you don't. Hopefully they end up getting shut down

I got a small cheesteak. Extra cheese, hot peppers, sweet peppers, ketchup, mayo, salt and pepper. Total: $18.26 I was surprised that it was so high but I charged that to the game. I was still optimistic. My cheesteak was subpar at best. No extra cheese...no peppers..I don't even think he added mayo. I could be wrong because it lacked flavor. THIS was not a $20 cheese steak. $10 maybe? And I'm so glad I didn't grab the 2 cheesesteaks I originally was going to get because I went back in the store to cancel one after I found out that would be $26 dollars and something. I figured I didn't want to spend that kind of money on a cheesesteak I never had. So I gave it a shot. Well, I won't be back. Another overpriced shop with no prices on the walls...Decent service though. I can't speak for the rest of the food.Update: the reply speaks for itself. All my reviews are TRUE. and the woman who came up with ridiculous amount was a short fair skinned lady who had black hair pulled in a ponytail. RING A BELL? ASK her why she said 2 cheese steaks were 26.00! That's why I came back a few minutes later and told her just "make it just one" because something seemed off about that price. So I came back and grabbed my cheesesteak and it came up to 18.26. Still shocked but I charged it to the game! Now I definitely won't be back when you don't even have employees with integrity!!!
