We ordered 4 items and a side of French fries via delivery, apparently through doordash, behind the scenes.
One of the items was missing, eventually we got refunded. But they didn't ever acknowledge or apologize; and despite many orders of French fries, the delivery bags did not include napkins or ketchup to our hotel.
