The service at this place or lack thereof was terrible. The bartender Charles was slow and completely unknowledgeable about the menu bar items nor food. He was not very helpful or friendly at all and was more concerned about getting back to the conversation he was having on the other side of the bar than the 3 patrons on the opposite side where I was sitting. There were only a total of 5 ppl at the bar by the way. When questioned about the menu he was totally oblivious and sort of dismissive when asked detailed questions about the entrees beer and bourbon selection. I even asked how long this restaurant had been open thinking maybe it was newer trying to give benefit of doubt since he nor any of the staff he called over to ask support questions had a clue about specific items on the menu. Every patron doesn’t just want chicken wings & a beer and you could tell that’s what he would prefer to serve only. Then when the food came there wasn’t a bit of seasoning on any of it but after a long flight I didn’t send it back simply suffered through it. Being hospitable in the hospitality industry goes hand in hand. This place was totally disappointing

Horrible! Reservation was for 5:00PM. We were seated at 5. No one in sight. Waiter arrived at our table at 5:07 and poured waters. We ordered. It took 17 minutes for one salad to arrive at our table. It was the wrong salad. A Caesar salad was ordered and we were brought a wedge salad. Bread was delivered 12 minutes after we put our orders in. We will not be back. We walked out as we did not trust what we ordered would be correct. We did not eat the bread nor the wrong salad that was brought to our table. We were the only diners in the restaurant.

Harrah’s buffalo wings and salad combination, elevated by exceptional service and an energetic atmosphere, creates a dining experience that’s genuinely enjoyable. While the food is solid comfort fare, it’s the outstanding staff and vibrant casino environment that transform a simple meal into a memorable part of your Harrah’s visit. The wings deliver on their buffalo promise, the salad provides perfect balance, and the overall experience leaves you feeling well-cared-for and entertained.
The combination of quality food, professional service, and that unique casino energy makes this a winning choice whether you’re taking a break from gaming or starting your evening out.

Everyone was sooo nice & the food was amazing! My boyfriend is basically a steak connoisseur & said his filet was phenomenal. Every person we came in contact was so friendly & sweet, and the food was awesome! Will definitely be returning

Our table ordered burgers and fries. Everyone said theirs was delicious. I ordered the BBQ burger, which is now my favorite burger. The food was fresh and well prepared. The fries were very hot and crispy and so was the onion rings on top of my burger. Just the way I like my food, hot. We had excellent service from the waitress that took our orders and the gentleman that brought our food to the table. Definitely will eat there again soon.

Wait staff was good, I got the 24oz Ribeye for approx $100 it was not even 1” thick, no bone cooked perfectly but topped with a nonsensical “Demi-glaze” which they said was beef broth and red wine, I'm pretty sure it was brown gravy from ShopRite. I wouldn't go back for the food or value as I have enjoyed better steaks at longhorn, it's in a casino so you're constantly smelling cigarettes and being inundated with Cesar's announcements. Ambiance is or a casino not a 4 money sign steakhouse. I literally waited too long to book a Vday reservation and they were the only $$$$ place available. Got there at 6 on V day and there was one other couple there in hoodies and jeans. My advice for romantics is to book a nicer place earlier and steer clear of lovely Chester PA. Then the insult to injury was the take out container from the dollar store with white plastic “thank you” shopping bags. When you drop $300 on dinner perhaps a nice reusable take out container and artsy fartsy bag would complement the cost, we left out of the casino looking like we just left a corner store in Chester

Our food was cooked to perfection. The waitress and food runner could not have been better. We had an amazing dinner served by amazing staff!

The food was good but the night had some hiccups. Two of us started off with French Onion Soup and it was delicious, the others had salad and they were good, nice size and very fresh. The first time the filets for two of our party came out they went back because they were not cooked as requested. They were extremely well done and we had asked for medium rare. The rib eye also came out well done the first time, the second time it came out it was raw and the third time it was a perfect medium rare as requested. Shouldn't take multiple tries but the quality and taste were excellent once they were actually cooked as ordered. Two of three baked potatoes were great but one was not cooked completely, little on the hard side so not to my likely. The fourth person got the mac-n-cheese and it was very good. Very disappointed that there was no bread for the table, never been to a restaurant where they did not have a basket of bread on the table. There was no offer of coffee or dessert at the end of the meal. I believe they were very short staffed the night we were there so that did not help. Our server was excellent though and didn't get frustrated with all the back and forth to the kitchen. In my opinion it was too expensive for what we got.

Attended opening and I do not think they were prepared even though it was an attempt to get it started. They took 1/2 of another restaurant and redid it into a Steak House with curtains and rebranded. They have a beautiful steak house called the Cove, but it remains closed. This place will appease the high rollers looking for a better dinner and I wish them success, but you only get 1 chance at making it work. Service was pretty good, but the server got overwhelmed with covering multiple tables. But I give her 5 stars for trying. Food appetizers were good, and steaks were pricey but tasty. Definitely not on the level of a top-notch steak house. Sides were large and shareable. 2 desserts offered and we agreed they tasted old and freezer Like. Cheesecake was awful Interesting we asked for bread and was told twice they were working on it for the future. Well, a good steak house has it from the beginning. We were here not. What stuck in my mind was the food came from the same kitchen as the Philly Tap. So although they gave a gallant try they are not steak house cooks. I may try again in a few weeks but if you're going to do it right then make the impression. ALso need to be open more than 2 nights at least 3 to attract.
