This place has been closed for some time, in part due to the closing of Sun Ship and other industry along the Delaware River in Chester Pa.If you ever ate here you would know that Stacky's made one hell of a cheessteak! In my top five along with 2 Jay"s and Italian Kitchen in Yeaden.
