Multiple online orders late and I didn’t even get some and it was not refunded. Also multiple drinks that tasted terrible.

I was discriminated against at the Widener Starbucks, on the basis of class, gender, and having a back issue that makes me walk differently. I was asked to leave because my gait was suspicious, and for "thinking and walking" a bit on my way to the bathroom.

I am a student at widener and i dread coming here. its soooo unprofessional, I have to wait 10 minutes to even get my order taken on top of me WATCHING everyone in their LITERALLY drag their feet GOSSIPING with my cup of expresso in her hand for 5 mins, before Mind you I have a class to get to and im late every single time because they are in there being ghetto instead of making my drinks ! you guys need new ppl ASAP its not fair to us students. if i could give the service and professionalism a ZERO , i would! SMH

Very unprofessional. I could have went to a different location and still got my coffee faster. Standing in front of the register for about 7 minutes while 3 employees just stood around and gossiped like high schoolers. Ended up leaving without a drink.
Lazy employees. To busy gossiping instead of doing their jobs.
Awesome barista, great drink. Only wish they took Starbucks gift cards!!
Prices keep going up
It looks pretty nice but is inaccessible to non-students and non-staff. The university is in a very bad neighborhood so it is understandable..

Wrong hours, inside a campus building. Was closed when I got there at 7:45am. Starbucks should label these different so people don't waste their time driving to them.
