I found out about this place from TikTok and I took my mom for her birthday yesterday we loved the food and the atmosphere everything was a 10/10 definitely recommend and our server was nice as well i believe his name was

I ordered a catfish platter n just received sides .. no water nor drink I ordered it seem like the girls were more attentive to males . There was a nice female that seated my friend but I sat for more than 15 minutes with sides no meat ... First and last time.. smh and I always support black businesses... As I'm writing this it's been more than 15 minutes and finally received drink I ordered.. whoever one lady was she tried to make right but I was irritated I didn't care to eat.... SAD GUYS NEXT TO US GOT WATER DRINKS N FOOD... The bartender more worried about dancing than serving..

The vibe upon entering was amazing! Dj had it lit! Manager took 3 drink orders only came back with one and never returned for starters! The Service overall was terrible, waited 2 hours to place food and drink orders only for my food to have bug in it. Reserved table at 4 didn’t get food until 6 something. Management had an attitude and was verbally combative when confronted about the experience! Being short staffed is not an uncommon thing but to forget about a whole table even after being stopped several times is just trifling! I will say the young man with the curly hair bartending was very attentive and friendly once he came to the table. Wish I could’ve tried the food I’m big on black owned businesses and showing support I would’ve been a regular and brought more people every visit.

This place is a vibe! Black owned brunch spot. I found this place thru Google search. There’s free parking too. Service was excellent, our server was Sean who was very personable & friendly. As a matter of fact all the wait staff was friendly. We had “the status” cocktail that packed a punch- really delicious, served w/ edible flower & strawberry. My party had Cheeseteak & chicken cheesesteak rolls, chicken & waffles and shrimp platter w/ steamed vegetables. Taste & presentation 9 out of 10. I wanted the shrimps to be a lil bit bigger, but they were delicious!!! We will definitely be returning to try more of the all day brunch menu.

Food is delicious, and the vibe is very welcoming. My favorite dish is the fish and grits, but my lady loves their fried chicken wings with a side of greens and sweet potatoes. We've been there a few times over the summer and will definitely continue to go

When driving to this place it isn't hard to miss because of their banner which is located where their parking lot is which is a big plus. Walking in its nice and bright very welcoming the staff greeted you and the smell of the food told you your palate was going to be happy. My gfs were already eating when I arrived so I didn't have to wait after I settled in Shawn/Sean came over and took all of our food orders. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The timing of the food to be prepared was great and the plating of food was even better. Syrup which was hot was in little metal bowl chicken was nice and crispy like I like it and the waffle was nice and cooked just right. When I took a bite of the chicken OMG perfect crunch and great flavor, the waffle was just right not hard not soft and with the right amount of powder on it. The owner came around greeting everyone that was dining asking if anything was needed. She was very sweet. Oh fyi I only drank water cause I'm trying to do better. We definitely will be coming back to try the other menu options and I would suggest for everyone to do the same.Parking: You see the parking lot as soon as you see the restaurant actually its before because you see the open lot right next to it
