Going to this place has been one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The service here has been so fantastic. The workers are very nice and fantastic. Super shocked at the bad reviews. Had some time between our appointments and were referred to Manhattan Bagel. We ordered a plain bagel and Asiago bagel and they were delicious!! Friendly service and went to order bagels to go and they were kind enough to tell us the Asiago bagels were gourmet and would cost a little more. It didn't matter because they were so good!!

I have never been to this location, but I’m fascinated by the stories on here and NextDoor about the mean manager. If it weren’t just as easy to go to the Newtown Square location, I would try it sometime out of morbid curiosity.
