I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for a delivery order. I’m only 10 minutes away which is terrible! Shouldn’t have to heat my food up when it gets here

Ordered for the first time last evening. Delivery was quicker then it said it was going to be. Driver was very nice and thanked us for the tip. Food was really good. Buffalo chicken pizza was on point. Very satisfied and will order again!

Realy 2 hours after being told 45 mins an still no food an now not answering the phone for 54.73 dollar order your going g to no show after the last order not having everything I understand why your so cheep so the customers will come back after this kind of service good luck with this shop 50 50 you get some food or no food

Brought my 5 yr old here for breakfast. Food was mediocre at best. The worst part is the owner… smoked two cigarettes INSIDE while we dined. Had I of known the vibes here I wouldn’t have come. Wanted to leave before our food came but don’t like causing a scene. Plenty of awesome diners around who care about their guest’s experience. We won’t be returning.Not sure how to respond Keith. It was the guy that took our order and brought us our food.

Called to order whole Italian hoagie, 1/2 meat and cheese only, other half the way it comes. 1 order of cheese sticks. Got the same order 2 weeks ago. Charged us for 1 Italian hoagie. Tonight said total was 24.00. I asked why. Said they don't do that. Will NEVER order from there again..

ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came burnt the wings was dry we called back for a refund and the owner going to say she ain’t giving us a refund, but we can have a new pizza like what that’s really dumb who in they right mind would want another pizza after you just burnt up the first one ???? this place need to be shut down immediately and i will no longer order services from their establishment.

I’ve been ordering garlettos for a while and I always tipped well…today 9-11-23 I ordered it to my job like I usually do and they told me the time was approximately 45min…I work at the mill and I knew I didn’t get service in there so I stepped out after 25min to see if they tried to call…I didn’t have any missed calls or text so I called them…they rudely explained that the driver was there already and I didn’t come out so he left…so I said no problem I understand he can’t wait forever when can he come back?(the time was 3:10pm) the dude with the little arm who works there said he doesn’t know and hung up..I called back and some chick answered who was extremely rude and she said sometime around 5pm…I told her to cancel my order then and she said if I ever called back again I’d be responsible for that bill since they already made the food…I told her she don’t got to worry about me calling back✌???♂️ Everytime I order I leave a 5-10 dollar tip and my bill is usually on 12-15 dollars…they loss a good customer who been ordering from there for a while smh
