Brought my 5 yr old here for breakfast. Food was mediocre at best. The worst part is the owner… smoked two cigarettes INSIDE while we dined. Had I of known the vibes here I wouldn’t have come. Wanted to leave before our food came but don’t like causing a scene. Plenty of awesome diners around who care about their guest’s experience. We won’t be returning.Not sure how to respond Keith. It was the guy that took our order and brought us our food.

Called to order whole Italian hoagie, 1/2 meat and cheese only, other half the way it comes. 1 order of cheese sticks. Got the same order 2 weeks ago. Charged us for 1 Italian hoagie. Tonight said total was 24.00. I asked why. Said they don't do that. Will NEVER order from there again..

Parking is very difficult.My order came out wrong, I ordered 3 eggs served 2.Another order we had no toast, had to ask for it.Maybe an off day for them, but we won't be back.

ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came burnt the wings was dry we called back for a refund and the owner going to say she ain’t giving us a refund, but we can have a new pizza like what that’s really dumb who in they right mind would want another pizza after you just burnt up the first one ???? this place need to be shut down immediately and i will no longer order services from their establishment.

I’ve been ordering garlettos for a while and I always tipped well…today 9-11-23 I ordered it to my job like I usually do and they told me the time was approximately 45min…I work at the mill and I knew I didn’t get service in there so I stepped out after 25min to see if they tried to call…I didn’t have any missed calls or text so I called them…they rudely explained that the driver was there already and I didn’t come out so he left…so I said no problem I understand he can’t wait forever when can he come back?(the time was 3:10pm) the dude with the little arm who works there said he doesn’t know and hung up..I called back and some chick answered who was extremely rude and she said sometime around 5pm…I told her to cancel my order then and she said if I ever called back again I’d be responsible for that bill since they already made the food…I told her she don’t got to worry about me calling back✌???♂️ Everytime I order I leave a 5-10 dollar tip and my bill is usually on 12-15 dollars…they loss a good customer who been ordering from there for a while smh

DONT DO IT.Agree with Chris K and many others-Long story short- Terrible Business Ethics!! In America you vote with your hard earned dollars. This grease-aria deserves nothing, in fact should be shut down due to multiple health code violations.Fat lady owner has terrible attitude and attacks customers who bring any criticism like the maniac drivers, food that makes you sick bc its undercooked/old, the kitchen being filthy/roaches, or prices that they make up each day. She even went so far as trying to publicly post my private information in a response. I had to contact my lawyer and address the situation.STAY AWAY. Youve been warned.

Absolutely love this pizza shop! Been going to them since they were up on miller Ave. The owners are Absolutely amazing hard workers they run that place themselves always there!! There food is always good. This is my go to pizza shop I drive from white oak just for them! ❤️

Omg stay away from this place the large woman that owns the place dumped roaches out of the hoagie bun bag and not even to dispose of them right in the middle of the floor in kitchen n said use the buns also saw a rat run from poker machine in thru kitchen where it stayed there are roaches everywhere in there I'm calling health department I feel it's my civic duty

I’ve ordered Garlettos every now and again. Their pizza tastes great but it’s a coin flip if your food will be appetizing or not. I’m too afraid to call and complain about food after seeing the responses to their reviews. Last night their wings tasted horrible and got me sick. I don’t know if they were just bad from sitting out but it wasn’t good at all. Gyro and everything else was okay but the buns on the burgers were soggy. The menu prices online (google images) didn’t match what the prices were when I called and the guy said he’s been asking the owners to print new ones for a while. I love supporting local pizza places but after last night I’m sorry I just don’t think I’ll ever order again. I genuinely liked them at first though so I hope this review is more constructive than anything.

I got a whole hoagie and one sauce then today Dozen wings and a pepperoni pizza and got a plain cheese. My total was $23.01I gave the driver 30 bucks from now on I’m opening up my food. Great wings tho
