10/10 customer service. Top tier. You couldn’t find this good of customer service at an arby’s or mcdonald’s. We were out in a flash by the time Arby’s would’ve taken our order. Wonderful staff, absolutely felt like a king. Felt like I rule

French toast was raw inside with half of outside toast almost burnt. No fast food joints are created equal. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and not made "My Way". I'm traveling so I'm well down the road before I dig in. This type of experience is becoming common practice. Bad enough the meat is part plant based but food quality is tanking.. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cold potato things were able to be digested.

The man at the window had to be the kindest and most welcoming person I’ve met in fast food, I cannot recall his name but he had a beard and glasses and is now my hero. He said “I get you now” at every order and it was amazing. I recommend coming to this Burger King not only for the food but for the experience of meeting this man.With great joy and mazzie sticks in hand,The people who sat at the first window and needed waved to come forward

The food always seems to be horrible. I like Burger King, but this one is just bad. I don't know what they do but it always tastes like it was made 3 days earlier and heated up in a microwave. I got a Whopper on this visit, no drink, no fries...I added cheese. Well it had a pile of mayo, inedible amount, a very small shot of ketchup on the edge about a dozen pickles, 2 slices of unripe half white soggy tomatoes, a few shreds of lettuce, and a few small chunks of onion with some tasteless yellow cheese that had the tang of vinegar to it. I am not a picky eater by no means so I ate it, but I certainly did not enjoy it. Not to mention the bun was so hot you could barely touch it but the burger was barely warm. Obviously a microwave came into preparation at some point. I keep going back hoping it will be better but I am confident that it will not get any better. I think this was my last trip to Clarion Burger King. For almost 8.00 I would have been better off eating a value meal from McDonald's.

I was there at 7:00 in the evening June 17 waiting for service. Three employees standing behind the counter talking to each other looking up at me knowing I was there and still not waiting on me. There weren't any other customers in there except for one gentleman who was already there waiting for his order. After almost eight maybe ten minutes I gave up and walked out.
