We frequent here for lunch due to work. We always get the salad bar. Given the recent dramatic decline in food quality at the salad bar we no longer go. Manager puts out YELLOW/BROWN shredded lettuce, despite customer complaints. Mushrooms are slimy. Soup is so hot you will burn yourself. Spoons for soup are dirty. Red onions not properly cut. List goes on and on. Manager obviously has no appropriate training because nobody would serve food looking like that and charge 13.99 a plate. Waiters all acknowledge the change in quality and claim it was sent this way to them by corporate. Well then maybe it's time to COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE. Sad.

Was told 25 mins on the phone for our pick up order. We were greeted at the window but didnt get our food or even pay for our order until an hour after waiting in line in drive thru. I got an order of cheese sticks with NO marinara, but ranch instead. I didnt get the ranch and it came with a cup of marinara with no lid that was slathered all over my already soggy food. Worst eat n park experience I have ever had.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. Restroom was filthy and Noone cared to clean it, there was 1 stall out of order, 1 where someone urinated all over the seat and 1 with blood all over the seat. When it was mentioned to the staff, they said they were busy and would get to it eventually. We waited over 20 minutes when it wasn't very busy with no waitress stopping by to even take our drink order. The people that walked in at the same time as us, were sat near us and they were almost done eating without us even having drinks. When we finally flagged down a waitress, she said she didn't know who our waitress was supposed to be, but she would come back and take our order. Then when she took our order and we went to the salad bar it was disgusting with brown lettuce, and a lot of things not stocked. After trying 1 bite of a pasta salad with a creamy sauce on it from the salad bar, it had a strong rancid flavor to it like it wasn't even kept cold. Even after they took our order, it was more then 10 minutes we were waiting still with no drinks or silverware even. When we got frustrated and finally told them to cancel our order, the manager seemed to not care at all. She said they were short staffed and she was trying to help, but in the over 30 minutes there we never saw her come out on the floor. We bought a box of cookies because my toddler was upset she didn't get a cookie and then left. Terrible experience, do not recommend! If they are that understaffed that they can't handle approximately 10 tables, then they need to close and/or possibly hire better staff including a manager that helps.

Got a recommendation to check out this eastern Pennsylvania restaurant. Good comfort food, great service, excellent value. Huge menu of breakfast sandwiches and burgers, and dinners. Lots of desserts. Highlight was the salad and soup bar. Reminded me of eating at Big Boy when I grew up.

A regional chain that puts in more effort than the national ones. The breakfast was excellent, fast and had plenty of variety. Our server was friendly and cheerful. You will get a good meal.
We had the breakfast buffet which was pretty good. We did show up only 20 minutes before it was done but we still got a lot.

Eggs and turkey sausage was good the pancakes on the other hand we're the worst I've ever tasted All most as if they were not cooked all the way through probably won't go back I asked for them to be taken off my bill and still gave a tip because the service was good
