Incredible staff! The blond-haired guy working the register was genuinely friendly and accommodating. I also want to especially recognize the young man with dark hair and tattoos who was working in the kitchen and later on the floor—you could immediately tell he has a strong work ethic. When I accidentally spilled my chili (so embarrassing!), he was incredibly kind and helpful in cleaning it up, even after I told him it wasn’t necessary. His patience and professionalism really stood out and made a stressful moment much easier.

New store so still clean and such. I have only been to this location for drinks so far but reading the other reviews- it's fully wheelchair accessible so I don't know what that review was about. The reviewer saying she couldn't use her sip club because the kiosk and app wouldn't work, they can do it at the register just fine.

Need to do better at cleaning. The tables were wiped down and food was still left on it, same with the seats.
Panera Clarion... Very disappointing... No ciabatta bread for sandwiches or chips... Had to order multiple times... About a month now the truck deliveries are the problem... Turkey bacon bravo bread was burnt... When I asked about any substitutes for chips or bread, we were told they were freebies anyway so no sides... Not a good experience.

I love the food here. I have been here twice and will definitely be back. The prices seem to be average for the cost of things nowadays. My husband and I spent about $30 between the both of us and it was just the right amount of food. Spend close to the same amount of money at McDonald's for nasty grease. So I would much rather eat fresh bread and delicious soup! I will say that they should have made a bigger dining area and maybe no drive thru. But other than that it is delicious, beautiful and clean inside and will be my main place to eat!!

I am never one to write any reviews. As a fan of Panera, I thought I would try the newly opened store in Clarion. We spent about $50 there and it was incredibly disappointing and with what we received, it was completely inaccurate from what we ordered. We were missing bakery items, drinks, soup, and I received a half salad instead of the whole salad that was ordered. I would avoid going here at all costs. They were definitely not prepared or trained enough for this store to be open.

Absolute horrible way to open a new location. Was so excited for my favorite restaurant to come to clarion. Less than a week open, mobile ordering is shut down (only this location), kiosks shut down, so I have no way to use my sip pass I pay for, cups with no lids to fit and attitude from workers when asked for a different cup bc no lid fits. Running out of Mac frequently, no soup cups, missing items and upper management acting like this was the 1st store they've ever open (bumping into customers, having the store open even though the one manager (above store) was worried about a light fixture falling on a customer (zero safety concern over heard her ask a worker to stand under it). Why did you even open if you clearly weren't ready. Panera as a chain should be embarrassed of the clarion location. Absolutely slow! Ridiculous that i have to constantly ask for my drink cup when my order shows ready and its no on the shelf. Every single day. Every single time. How hard is it to put the sticker on a cup and put it on a shelf?
