The boneless wings I ordered were undercooked and the New York strip for my wife was charred and way too salty.

They only lost a star because the day before we got there at 840pm and they turned us away the waitress said we were to late. I am a server as well and I know for a fact if your open till 9 you take tables and orders till 9. When we could of got our food to go and had a drink or 2 while we waited but the food and our waitress we had the next day were amazing

Great food, top notch service, affordable dinner prices (and you get large helpings). Bigger inside than it looks from the parking area. Was in the area for work. Went there 2 nights in a row.
Not what it use to be. The price was high for what we got.

Normally I enjoy the RRR but this last time the food was sub par and the waitress was horrible. I understand it was getting closer to your "closing time" but that doesn't change the food your serving or the service a patron should receive. Sorry just being honest, and it was a huge wrestling weekend.

This is my second time going here, 1st time ordering carryout. For $23, I wasn't particularly thrilled. Ordered crab cakes, which say they come with a spicy tartar sauce, didn't get any sauce. Broccoli was just straight from frozen, no butter or seasoning. No rolls. The fries and crab cakes themselves were good. Just seems like they don't put much effort in unless you buy a steak.

Overall it was decent. With what we had, I would say overpriced. I had a Porterhouse steak ($38) that was supposed to be 20oz. Highly doubt it was 16oz before being cooked. I only wanted it cooked medium, and it came out closer to well done and thin. I sent it back, and next 1 was closer to medium, but still smaller. The server never asked how the second 1 was. My wife's medallions was just an over cooked piece of meat with no flavor, and daughter had grilled shrimp on skewer, and it was not seasoned or sent out with any garnish or dipping sauce. When we first sat down at 5 o'clock pm, they put us (7 people) at a four top table. I immediately asked to move and it was definitely a difficult task for them. When asked about drinks, I asked for a tall bluemoon. I was told tall 34oz was only at the bar today, because they only had enough glasses for bar customers. There were 2 people at the bar and they were drinking mixed drinks. So we will probably give it another try later in time, but not a great experience. Now I've worked in hospitality for 20 years and know there are days that don't go well, hopefully this was 1.
We were passing through this area and googled a place for steak. Amazing! I got a grilled steak salad - and the steak was thick, tender and delicious! My husband got the house specialty steak and said it was good flavor, but it was overcooked a bit - and no, we didn't complain. The waitress was very pleasant!

The food was good but understaffed on Wednesday at 2pm. Servers tried but were too busy. They charge 4% more for plastic vs cash which adds another trip / work for the servers. Penny wise and pound foolish.French onion soup is excellent in they mix the cheese and bread together not just a slab of cheese on top. Meat was good.
Prime Rib Sandwich was great.
