I attempted to place an order over the phone, and unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior at this location. When I provided my name for the order, the employee laughed and said, “You’re so funny,” before abruptly hanging up on me.

When I went into the store to place my order in person, I explained what had happened. The employee, Zoey, laughed again, and another worker came out to take the order. When I told her it was unprofessional to hang up on a customer, she simply stared at me and said, “I’m sorry,” with no further acknowledgment.

This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Subway location.

I wasn't going to make a review but, at this point I have gotten horrible service from both subways in clarion in the last week. My husband was going to order me a sub online but, I told him I wanted to go in to make sure it was done the way I wanted. So, we drove there and realized the lobby was closed but the drive through was still open. We sat at the drive through for a while and no one greeted us. I drove around the building for the worker to see that we were there..still nothing. Honked my horn...nothing. called the restaurant...nothing. this was an hour before the sign said they closed at 10.

Stopped in get a sub & one of the new footlong sides. Got the pretzel & large sweet tea. Food was delicious as usual

Got two subs, one was supposed to be a steak teriyaki, made that very specific. They made it with chicken, was very disappointed as this wasn’t what I wanted to order. We got sent coupons in the mail, and were told we couldn’t use them? Just find that a pretty big waste of time. We wouldn’t have even stopped if we had known the coupons we got weren’t even usable, seems like a huge scam to me. They’ve also made our subs wrong a couple times at this point. Will not be returning to this location.
