Don’t usually have an issue here but tonight was an off visit. Ordered on app. Even though I was able to purchase them I was told that location did not sell cheddar ranch tots anymore. Manager gave me chicken fries in place of and they were old and dried out. :(. Other issue was the bacon in my whopper and bacon cheeseburger was not fully cooked and very fatty, raw and gross. Very interesting location and feels extremely bleak and depressing especially in the morning, does not have a lot going for it overall. Food is what you can expect from Burger King but maybe on the high end of quality in comparison of establishments I’ve dined at. Parking lot is always empty. No clue how this specific location is open.
