My on line order didn’t get to them. The lady was kind enough to make my sandwich and my drinks. Even thought the sandwich wasn’t exactly what I wanted I was okay with that. My cappuccino and macchiato was supposed to have caramel in both and sugar. One drink was perfect but the other had just expresso and milk. I am pleased with how she accommodated me but please write it down next time. Thank you

I have been to a lot of different dunkins'. All dunkin are standard. Coffee is good, breakfast options are ok if you want a quick bite. I really love the omlette bites.
However the key is to make sure you do a drive-through. Specially Clark's Summit location. They give priority to drive-thru and some how are clueless as to how to manage in store orders. And if you have a big order, I would recomend doing mobile orders and then pickup in store.

Ordered loaded hashbrowns...a joke...the video looks nothing like the actual item ordered & you only get 9 hashbrowns with very little cheese & bacon...don't waste $3.50 on this item. P.S. Over the last couple of weeks the donuts are not as fresh in the morning.
