We ordered the $20 fill up and I was told that it would be 15 minutes for white meat and we ordered original chicken ended up getting extra crispy which tastes like it was put back in the fryer and refried it was so greasy had no taste and then the chicken tenders which were supposed to be chicken tenders were not they were like popcorn chicken refried very disappointed

I would first like to say, I have always enjoyed myself when I have visited most kfc accross the nation. I visited this one and found myself being verbally abused and talked about by what appeared to be the shift lead. I walked in and greeted the team behind the counter I said to the shift lead that I wanted a four piece meal and I explain to her that I do not like white meat and asked to substitute the two white pieces for dark and I begin to get a lecture that's not the way they sell it. She asked me if I wanted crispy and I said yes, and then I said well I guess I'll have the two piece dark. She then said well I'll give you all dark, but I'm gonna give you what I want to give you which is two pieces of regular and two pieces of extra crispy. I paid for my meal sit down and listen to her tell the entire team in the back and people shouldn't order stuff if they don't like it, I looked around the restaurant for a number to contact. She did not give me a receipt when I paid for my meal which I suspect that's because that would've probably been a phone number on it. I was very polite. I was not ugly and I can tell you that I restrained myself quite well, even though I wanted to snatch her across the counter for talking shit back there.

I probably won't eat here again. I got the Famous bowl and they mainly gave me mashed and gravy. Barely any corn or cheese and only 5 small pieces of chicken for $10. That's ridiculous. Greedy with their food cost it seems.

Got the $20 fill up, only the three chicken pieces were edible. Nuggets and fries cooked beyond recognition. Not edible. Girl at window was nice too bad i didn’t check the food before driving
Not thrilled with last visit and probably won't be returning. Noticed the last few times we ordered breasts, that there weren't enough -4 - to complete the order. Instead of cooking more, even though there were open another 2 1/2 hours, that was it. Later, while we dined in, a customer came in and ordered a breast, wing and potpie and miraculously, they had them. This is NOT the first time we encountered this. Fed up.
