I WILL ONLY GO TO THIS ONE!!! They are the sweetest, kindest, most warm hearted people i have ever met. Never ever disappointed. Once i had a horrific experience at the scranton location and 15 min before this location was closing they gave us the BEST service and welcomed us after everything we were just through
I LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been to plenty of KFC's but the customer service here is amazing! So friendly and lovely here. The food is super fresh. I drive an hour and 20min all worth it. I get acknowledged, never wait more than 5min. They really do know how to treat there customers. I'm assuming who took my order is the manager he really knows how to manage the store and run things smoothly. Never a let down here. I highly recommend this place!

Not thrilled with last visit and probably won't be returning. Noticed the last few times we ordered breasts, that there weren't enough -4 - to complete the order. Instead of cooking more, even though there were open another 2 1/2 hours, that was it. Later, while we dined in, a customer came in and ordered a breast, wing and potpie and miraculously, they had them. This is NOT the first time we encountered this. Fed up.
