All I can say is wow! They made the BEST food! They were so nice, very professional, and they got the job done with ease! My favorite was the smoked Mac n cheese, ribs, and green beans! Highly recommended from us! Also, the grazing table was completely eaten before we did introductions so I'd say it was pretty dang delicious!

Unfortunately our experience for our wedding was not the best. While the food’s taste was okay, it was not what we had previously tried and asked for. We had a taste test and loved the smoked bacon Mac and cheese, pulled pork, potatoes, and Caesar salad. For our wedding day, we requested the pulled pork, smoked chicken, bacon Mac and cheese, ceasar salad, and seasoned potatoes. We had notified 12eleven of all of our final choices.
About a two weeks before the wedding, 12 eleven reached out and asked what we wanted for our menu. I explained that we had finalized this over a year ago and she had all of our information. She still insisted I go over our menu again. I did this and it still did not turn out correct. For the day, there was no bacon on our Mac and cheese, our potatoes were not sliced or seasoned, and there was brisket served when we did not ask for it. There was no pulled pork or chicken left over, and some of our tables did not have a chance to get our main dishes because there was not enough. Had we not had brisket served, there would’ve been enough of our main choices.
Organization wise, be sure to save all invoices! Prices were changed multiple times on us. We also found many mistakes regarding prices. We were told certain tax buttons were hit by mistake. Unfortunately, the organization was not up to par and caused a lot of last minute stress.
Overall, I would not use 12eleven catering in the future and wouldn’t recommend these services to others.

12Eleven catered an event I went to and the food was excellent. It was there on time,Stayed hot with their preparations, and was done with Excellence. Good portions. Very good flavor and the room still smelled SO good even as we were cleaning up.

They handled our wedding of 200 guests, and let me tell you—people are still talking about the food. The grazing tables were out of this world—seriously, they were like a work of art AND delicious! From cheeses to fruits, everything was fresh and beautifully laid out.
But the BBQ? Wow. Tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked—everyone went back for seconds (and thirds!). They took our vision and turned it into something even better than we imagined. The team was so easy to work with, super organized, and beyond friendly, making the whole experience stress-free.

This past Saturday we attended a beautiful wedding for our friends. Unfortunately the catering service was atrocious. Comparing to our own wedding, our catering service was incredible compared to this. The potatoes were bone dry with zero flavor, the meats were tough and undercooked and full of fat. The Mac and cheese was cold and tasted very off. They shorted them on the amount they were supposed to bring. It was an overall extremely poor representation of their services. Couples be warned

This company is absolute garbage. They totally stiffed a young couple on their wedding day. There was supposed to be a smoker on site where the meats would be cooked and served to the guests. Instead the caterer called the couple right before the wedding and told them she would not be coming, but instead had someone drop off the food premade in tin containers. The food was absolute garbage. They never trimmed the brisket and it was definitely not cooked to temp. People were spitting it out because you couldn’t chew or cut the meat. Huge pieces of fat were included in the tin and there was no smoke flavor. The pulled pork that came in a roaster was mixed with all the fat. While waiting for the tin to get filled back up with pork the worker came over with a container of all fat and dumped it in the tin. People looked at her and walked away with an empty plate. All sides and appetizers ran out before anyone could get any. It was that bad the venue actually went out and picked up food for the guests on their dime because of how disappointed and hungry everyone was. Definitely not the service that was paid for. Trash company!

The day of the wedding she showed up by herself an hour late which caused us to have to delay our reception. She had to pull workers hired from our venue to help her since she did not bring any help with her.
Our final head count ended up being less than we had initially paid her for. She had offered promotions that we took advantage of, but once she realized that she owed us money, she had taken those discounts off our invoice. Luckily, we noticed this and after we pointed it out, she did end up honoring the promotion. She told us she would refund us the day after our wedding but that did not happen. It took over two weeks of myself texting, calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, and Facebook messaging asking when the refund would be processed. Most of my messages to her got ignored, and when she did answer there was always an excuse. She claimed that she was off work due to her son visiting, which I totally understand. However, she was still posting on Facebook jobs that she had catered in the meantime. If she would have just given us an approximate day that she would be back to work and refund us, we would have been happy. Even when she told us how much she owed, she still waited days to actually send it.
Overall, I would not recommend based on our experience. If she would give a better tasting experience, bring more help, be prompt, and communicate more effectively, she would be a good caterer. If you do book with 12Eleven be sure to pay attention to and save ALL invoices for your own record.
P.S. When she says she gives gluten free options, she just points out to the gluten sensitive guests which foods don’t have gluten in them.

We used 12Eleven for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend and are so happy that we did!! The weather was wonderful when she first arrived but after an hour or so it began to rain. Then it went from raining to monsoon weather quite rapidly…. Stephanie warned me that the weather could potentially slow down the smoker due to the rain cooling the smoker but there was not much of a delay. The pulled pork was moist with wonderful flavor, the filet was very good & the chicken was good too. We had green beans, potatoes & salads also. The strawberry salad with her dressing was absolutely delicious!!!!! The grazing table was a true hit with only a small amount of tortilla chips remaining!! She fed all 150 of us in extremely wet weather and dealt well with the mud.??. So hats off to her and her helper!!! We can’t wait till next year to experience her services again for our youngest daughter’s wedding!!!

I had really good food samples from this place at a wedding event. I booked them to provide just our meat for my wedding. I would say well over half of what we received was pretty burnt upon delivery. Several of my guest were talking about it. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We had more than half of both meats left over and ended up with more guests than were planned for... you do the math on that one ha. I will say they had top notch communication though, which is always important. I would never use them again out of fear but I know they are capable of much better so I don't know. This was very expensive to be so upset by what we received but their prices are comparable with other catering services. Take it for what you will, just trying to leave a fair and honest review...
