My husband and I got married at the Hershey Country Club in August 2024 and Katie was one of the cake vendors they worked with that had the cake included in our package. We had a 3 tiered applesauce cake with cream cheese frosting that was incredible! Katie even made a whole extra layer for us just in case it wasn’t enough for our 160 guests. My husband and I used Katie as our baker for our wedding day. She was a dream to work with. She is a very talented baker, and made my wedding cake dreams come true. She took my inspiration and brought it to life. We ordered a cake for the two of us to cut, and then cupcakes for our guests. All of our guests raved about how good the cupcakes were. We ordered a chocolate cake, and it was the best chocolate cake we have ever had. I would highly recommend hiring Katie as your baker....
Katie provided us our wedding cake and several dozen mini cupcakes. The cake was out of this world. The guests raved about it and many said it was the best cake they have ever had. We went with almond cake with almond buttercream. The mini cupcakes were also delicious and super cute.
