They consistently forget sauces for nuggets, straws and napkins. After my last visit I called to speak to a manager about the things they forgot and all she really could do was confirm that this happens often, she said the order screen is messed up and the person working the window can't read the orders. I hated this excuse.

I Went and ordered a mcDubble here with a milkshake. The milkshake machine clearly has not been cleaned.Cause you could taste the rotting milk in the milkshake. Not only that but on the mcdouble one of the patties was completely raw. Also, when I called them to let them know about it.The guy who answer the phone could care less.

You do an online order ahead of going for fast food. and they still make you pull into a parking spot and have you wait. What happend to mc donalds? Prices skyrocketed service is slow, food is almost dog food now a days in my opinion.

I was just there today, the men’s bathroom sink is out of order. The employee stated he knows. His response was it could be a year or a month before it is corrected. My question is how do the male employees wash their hands after using the bathroom????

Sign on door says open 6am waited at drive thru for close to 5 mins. Drove around to the dining room saw bunch of peaple on there phones but door was locked. Really should update there sign on there door if they open later

Loved it. Stopped in for their $5 meal deal they are currently offering. Double cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets ( with sauce of choice ) and a drink. For 5 bucks. Yes its all small, but it was warm, fast, and good. Went through the drive through and everything went well. Recommend this place for anyone looking for food that's good, cheap, fast.

This place can never make sure all your food items are in your bag when they give it to you. On several occasions I received what looked like last nights left overs in the form of stale buns and slimy lettuce. Avoid at all costs go a little further up the street to Burger King or Wendy’s

I don't know how else to get management to care. I try and order through an actual human being because my order is consistently wrong when I use the app and self check out inside. When you order with a person and your order is still incorrect. It leaves little room for improvement. How difficult is extra DEHYDRATED ONIONS AND PICKLES?
