This Subway could easily be like any other Subway store but what sets it apart is its excellent customer service. The gentleman who assisted me was highly personable and friendly in a way that meant I wasn’t simply being sold a product but an experience. I work outside and he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, happy, and warm in this winter season.

Great place! Clean, well maintained, good food. Go here all the time and always see the same guy. He’s unbelievable nice and respectful, always trying to help me find new options for my sandwich to help level it up or help me save money signing up on the app! This place is terrible. New people bought it and the service is atrocious They treat people like trash. I literally saw a mouse run across the back while I was there. The food looks gross. It was 84° inside when I walked in it’s 54 outside everything about this place screams. Do not eat here. I told The person tending a few of my slight concerns and I should leave if I wanted. I will never be back to this branch, fully disrespected and disgusting the way that they keep the restaurant in order. I think a health inspection is due.

The ice had black mold on it.
Our sandwiches were nasty and gross.
They didn’t even make our sandwiches right like how we wanted them made. I don’t recommend going to the subway.

Ordered two subs on line. Subs were ready when they promised, however when we went to eat them, they were not toasted nor did they have cheese on them. On the receipt they showed toasted and with cheese! Tried to call several times, calls not answered.

This is the second time I’ve been here and had issues, and both times it was the same guy. Used a counterfeit pen on my $1 bill because it had a blue stain on it, it showed it wasn’t counterfeit, but demanded and nearly grabbed another different dollar bill out of my hand. When I asked him if it was counterfeit, he ignored me ENTIRELY and kept motioning me to give him a different dollar despite being wrong. So weird. This place sucks anymore lol.
