I told the employee I wanted Italian herb and cheese bread and he gave me Italian bread. I asked for provolone cheese and he gave me American. After toasting, I asked for extra for a couple of toppings and he put an extra 3 chopped onions on, 4 extra olive slices, and refused to add more when I requested that he do- total of 9 onion slices and 11 olive slices on a foot long sub. This was only my personal sub and I ordered a total of three foot long subs. He screwed those up in some way as well. I feel like this is because of an obvious language barrier. I cannot understand what he is saying. He cannot understand what I am saying. This is horrible service. I would not go here unless you are able to understand their heavy accents and can communicate with them without language barriers- just stating facts. Will not be coming to this location again.

Used to enjoy coming here. But since when has subway stopped doing customizations? I've never had a problem before but now since it's under new people, things change? We walked in and all we seen was a whole Indian family running it. Idk but we aren't ever going back there. Plus it gave us weird vibes and just felt dirty. Good luck, hopefully you don't get ripped off.

Ordered a Italian BMT with 50 % more meat. Pretty bad when you have to explain what 50% more meat means. Even after I explained how if 6 pieces of meat is normal you would add 3 more pieces. They didn't have a clue and I was ripped off.

This is easily one of the cleanest Subways I've ever visited. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the great experience. Everything in the store was spotless, and the food looked incredibly fresh. The veggies, in particular, were some of the freshest I've seen at any Subway. If you're looking for a consistently good experience, this location definitely stands out!

Paid for extra cheese and meat on the ham, had 2 slices of cheese on the whole foot long sub and skimpy meat, very disappointing when we pay nearly $20 for a sub that ended up not being what we expected. Asked for extra tomatoes on BLT, did not receive. Very dry bread, parts of the bread where too hard to eat. Soft pretzle not soft at all, ordered cheese dipping sauce and was given mustard even though he confirmed it with me before he put it in the bag that I ordered cheese. Very disapointed. Food ordered on 12/20/24.

Fruit flies swarming around sode machines. Tables were filthy. Meanwhile, they sit in the dining area on their phones. Won't be dining here anytime soon.

Worst and very unhygienic subway I have ever seen and experienced ,the owner (presumably) was making subs without wearing an apron, served my sub just warmed not toasted.I hope Subway looks in the hygiene and customer service aspect of this outlet.

This is quite possibly one of the best managed subway restaurants around, but today for some reason, they refused to toast, my steak and cheese on flatbread

I get that it isn’t recommended but, I’m the customer so who cares.

I eat at a Subway along my route almost every day. I get that sandwich regularly and nobody gives me trouble about it until today. This is the first time I ever remember simply saying have a nice day and walking out.

Really sad they change the menu for the BMT and don't give you the option for no cheese. They charge you for 2 ? no matter what. Some people might not be able to eat cheese but you still gotta pay for it. Very sad . I guess I should just eat at a good restaurant if I'm going to pay the same thing.

The man who made my sub today was the sweetest! His name was Ed! He did a wonderful job and told me that he hopes I enjoy my sub and I did! Great customer service and nice atmosphere I'm sure because of his positive attitude!

ten out ten!! amazing service! had two young kids working! they were respectful and made my sub exactly how i wanted! they made me feel like a priority even with the phone ringing constantly! definitely will go back!
