I didnt eat it, just left it.
My husband had wings...didn't care for them at all.

We’ve been here a few times now and each time the food was delicious and the service was spot on. Server was very friendly and checked in numerous times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend trying Lombardi’s.

We are Ohioians on vacation and staying at Big Bass Lake. We had a late lunch and had a delicious meal consisting of Bam Bam shrimp (shrimp were large, crispy and the sauce was divine). Then for our meals we had wings (perfectly cooked with an excellent toss of garlic parm sauce) and Caprese Salad (enjoyed the salad though the tomatoescould have been riper and not quite enough balsalmic drizzle for me) was beautifully plated and tasted great! The hostess/server (same girl) was very kind, helpful with answering questions and friendly. The establishment was very clean to which we were impressed.

This Review was for HAMMER JACKS NOT LOMBARDIS! LOMBARDIS has Ruined the Establishment. It is No longer the CHEERS LIKE HOME TIME BAR IT ONCE WAS . IT USED TO HAVE A Great atmosphere good food & EXCELLENT WEEKEND Dinner Specials. Seafood WAS Great!!! 10/05/2023 (?) recently Stopped back in for a quick Dinner snack and Cold Moscow Mule. I witnessed, I believe her name was Jess, go off on a man picking up an pie order, said she couldn't find it and when he asked another waitress about the other Waitress came right out with it, Smiling said it was waiting for him. . Jess Snapped on this poor guy when he made a joking remark about jess not being able to find it. HIS Jaw Dropped. " Jess). I dont Need to put up with your BS get your Order and get the F out! " Like say whaaa?? Left a BAD Taste in MY Mouth! Ruined my Mood ... SHE NEEDS to be replaced or given anger management training. This Rating was for this Incident <> Going through my reviews, This was for what was called Hammerjacks, As the Reply was from5 yrs ago. !!! NOW Lomabardies well jury is out. .Long wait for food, No Communication between Bar staff and Kitchen, If the Order is taken at teh bar then They should be on top of it not, " Oh You have to ask teh Wait staff where your food is. ??? So If some one orders food a the bar , as I saw 2 mo ago, they didnt get there food for 2 hrs as The Bar staff didnt now it was Completed a long time ago. Similarly In the Dining area same issues,. Food may be being cooked by A Genoviese, but 1- 2 hrs for Dinner?? I saw people get up and leave. I give this place with the new owner 2 yrs at best , The HOMETOWN Feel is Gone from the Previous Owners. The New Owner John always seems to have a SCOWL on his Face! I Will say this I am In Hopes ( and so is the Community ) that the Original Owners ROB and ANN get the Establishment Back! Lombardies 2 thumbs down.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review. Tonight we ordered 3 servings of wings to go at $14 each. When we got home and looked they barely had any sauce on them. They did not look appetizing, especially the ones on the bone. The boneless order was overcooked and dry. They were supposed to have a butter garlic sauce on them. None of them had any flavor. For $42 I should have made them myself. The really bad thing is we had friends over and ordered specifically to try out this restaurant because it’s close. It was embarrassing to serve them. We also ordered cheesesteaks and flatbreads that were just ok. Also, the menu on Google lists pizza but when I called apparently they don’t serve it anymore. I was told to go to their Facebook page and look at that menu. They should update their info.
This place was excellent, great service, and the food was amazing. Also, thank you for putting up the “angel shot” in the bathroom! First time seeing something like that and I think that’s great. I definitely recommend this place!! Came here with family. Next time I come to the Poconos we’re gonna come back!

I had the chicken piccata and the next day I was violently ill! My husband had the chicken cheesesteak and was also terribly sick. Do not go here unless you like food poisoning!!!

I got the meatballs and an order of wings. The meatballs were great! The wings were average. The orders are for 10 wings. I wanted to try 2 sauces so I asked if they could do 5 in one flavor and 5 in another flavor. I have done this at a lot of other places and never an issue. This place however refused to do that and told me they aren't allowed to do it. I asked if I can get those sauces on the side so I can do it my self since the kitchen staff "wasn't allowed to do that", they agreed and then gave me the wrong sauces. When I asked for the sauce I ordered they said they can alter the one they gave me but can't give me another side of sauce! Absolutely ridiculous. We used to go there on the bikes when it was the old bar. Never an issue with anything back then. Not a place worthy of motorcycle trips anymore sadly. Wish I took my $75 for lunch somewhere else.
