If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! “My wife and I are new to the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. I went online and saw that there was a country style diner complete with homemade desserts and huge portions. I had the Barell Burger and my wife had the Blue Burger. First off, you are really taken in by all the great decor in the restaurant. This place reminds me of Country Junction in Lehighton how they have it decorated. The coffee mugs are huge! We had dana and Carly as our servers and when I tell you these two are hands down the happiest waitresses I've ever had wait on us. You really can tell that they love thier customers. We will be back on Sunday for breakfast. Great place.”

“stopped by the Country Road Chef today and could not be happier! The nachos are unlike any I have ever had and quite honestly the best I have ever had. They weren't kidding with the "scratch made" he literally makes everything (including the tortilla chips) The cheese balls were delicious and the wings were to die for especially the pineapple jalapeño lime sauce! “Beautiful place, this visit, the food just wasn't on par. We had the shrimp scampi for one of our dishes and just not what we were used to I guess as a scampi. It was more so a served in a flavorless gravy. My husband had about 3-4 bites then let the server take it away and finished the dinner bread. Maybe we hit it on a bad night. Our calimari, soup, and Reuben were all great. I just felt bad my husband couldn't enjoy his dinner.”
