We came to this restaurant a few months ago and were seated and our waitress took our drink orders, but after this she never came back so we left. We wanted to give it another chance so we returned but the same thing happened again. Really disappointed since there are not many dining options nearby

I paid a deposit for May 27 bingo. I became ill and had to cancel. The lady on the phone told me I cannot get my money back ($10), I would have to remain on their paid list and they would move my name down every week, and to just call in when I want to come ( as I was going on vacation during the next bingo, so could not reschedule for June 10) Not to mention, I had to call 4 times to even make the reservation, because I was told to hold for 10 minutes at a time, or told to call back later because they were too busy to take my call. Today I called to make my reservation and was told that my name isn’t on the list, and bingo was closed for this date. I asked to speak to the manager since I paid $10 and was told to call in when I returned from vacation. Nikki got in the phone and told me it’s the rule that I don’t get my money back, I was supposed to call every week and get my name moved. I was not informed of this and she refused to believe I would be told otherwise . She also stated she couldn’t understand why it would take me 4 times to make a reservation, as all her staff are trained to take bingo reservations. She didn’t want to acknowledge what I was told when I called in and told me I can file a complaint to “ the company”. She then refused to give me the email and told me to look it up on the website. I asked her to give me her full name then, so I can file the complaint with the correct names. She hung up on me. That is fine. I grew up in the area, I will make sure to tell everyone my experience. All I wanted to do was play bingo, and you refuse that and took my $10

Scrod smelled super fishy. Mashed potatoes came out cold. Green beans took 10 minutes to arrive after my meal. Had to ask the waitress for everything. Plastic silverware and a little napkin in a plastic bag? The place looked dirty and the walls needed painting where the chairs were rubbing up against the wall. The men's room was crummy 2.

Happy Travels
Apparently this is a bingo hall not a restaurant. Aftering standing at the door by sign wait to be seated for 10 minutes, our party was invisible. Asked the cashier if there was a host and was told it's bingo night and pointed to a sign.Told the elderly vet in our party, this should be Janowskis restaurant still, they served meals and were polite to customers. Spent our money elsewhere with friendly employees.

We had good service throughout our visit. The food was delicious. I had the zucchini parmesan. So good. Wish it came with bread and butter. My dad had the ravioli he loved it but there was way too much sauce. The coleslaw was delicious too. Miss seeing all the antiques on the shelves. There wasn't much other then xmas trees. There was plenty of parking.
Service was alittle slow at first but let me tell you the quality of the food and portion size well made up for it . Will be back .

We had a club sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger both with real French Fries. Both sandwiches were huge with an abundance of fresh quality meats and cheeses. Whew! The girls are as nice as can be, too!

We just had a last minute late lunch here at Lu-Lou’s! Thanks to Google for listing this restaurant. The pepperoni rolls were delicious along with the marinara sauce. I also enjoyed the Joe Joe roast beef sandwich. Our waitress was kind, efficient, and helpful with informing us of size portions for the kids.
