“First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.”

The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise $1 surcharge for using a card to pay. I understand why restaurants do that, but I think it’s wrong to do it unless you have made it very clear up front that will be happening.”

It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. “Solid place. Tallow brownie was SO good. Oxtail SO good. Best coco bread I’ve ever got a chance to eat. Collard greens were phenomenal. Jerk chicken was delicious as well. I did order a beef patty that I didn’t get but in all fairness the weather the last 24 hours was crazy and they just got theirs back going a little bit prior to me coming in(I’m sure it’s just as delicious as the rest of my meal/experience was). I love that I live so close to this place, will be back soon!!!”
