Growing up in the area, their pizza was an every weekend event from the time I was very young. I moved away over 20 years ago and have never found any that compares. Yesterday I made an almost 8 hours round trip to pick up 5 pizzas.... Worth every bit of the drive. Best pizza on the planet!

Best Pizza in America, bar none: Cossick's signature, slightly sweet & bready, not-too-thick-not-too-thin-crust, with perfectly browned crisp-yet-chewy edges is a worthy foundation for their impeccable savory sauce to carmelized mozzarella ratio. Cossick's Central Hotel is one of, if not THE longest established business in Coalport. Though I no longer live in the area, one of the first things my family asks when we visit is "What time are we ordering Cossick's?"...
