“I went to this hidden gem last night with a good friend of mine. I had the boneless wings and some drinks. The wings were superb. The atmosphere was wonderful, not too crowded and the patrons there were wonderful. I had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are extremely lovely people. Wonderful place and I will definitely be back!”

Cossick's Central Hotel is one of, if not THE longest established business in Coalport. Though I no longer live in the area, one of the first things my family asks when we visit is "What time are we ordering Cossick's?" And everytime we eat it, someone invariably says, "This recipe should seriously be franchised." In the interest of full disclosure, I am a distant-cousin-in-law, but even if my name were Donald Trump rather than Faith McGill-Cossick, I would proclaim Cossick's Central Hotel's Pizza best in the U.S.A.”

“I must say the food is good and service is fast, everyone was so nice it was just a great experience way better than the place down the street that takes an hour and a half to get food, josies only took 10 minutes and it was hot and very good. I highly recommend them.”

“We were just passing through our home town with some time to kill between appointments so we decided to check out the cafe we’d heard so much about. What a pleasant surprise! The coffee was as good as any we’ve had anywhere and at a reasonable price. The manager was so friendly and accommodating and we found the converted bank atmosphere to be quirky and charming. The cinnamon rolls alone are enough reason to come back. We will definitely make a point of stopping at Coffee N Bananas the next time we’re in the area.”

The one waitress, Chloe, is always so nice and apologises if the food takes long or if she messes something up.
