Green Acres Restaurant Reviews
Good food nice people.
Service was excellent! There was only one waitress, it was a bit busy. We got there around 2:25pm , they closed at 3pm, they said we were fine to sit and order. The waitress, though extremely busy, was very nice, pleasant and accommodating! The food was all great too! The only concern with the atmosphere, I'm not sure we'd be able to go back through the summer with the kids due to there not being air conditioning. Several of our kids don't sweat, so they overheat very quickly.
Love a great diner on a road trip. Such a great find.

Green Acres Restaurant is a long-standing family-owned diner that has been passed down through generations. The broasted chicken is a popular choice, with the option to take it to go. The staff is described as attentive, friendly, and not intrusive, making customers feel valued. The Cactus Potatoes were compared to homemade potato chips, while the ham dinner received high praise for its thick slice and smoky flavor. The side salad with pickles was a rare treat and the prices were reasonable, averaging around $20 per person. The atmosphere is classic diner-style with plenty of free parking available. Overall, Green Acres Restaurant offers a welcoming environment, generous serving sizes, and dishes like the ham dinner that are described as truly amazing.
