Recently stopped in for 3 tacos, horchata and an order of chips and guacamole. They charged me $29 for this….. website has this order priced at $22. It seems they’re charging a gringo tax. I love the food I just wish they weren’t racist.

Parents (older) like going here. Went with them a couple weeks ago. Was not impressed…ordered the guacamole….was gray and watery,
Obviously not freshly made as is in most restaurants. Balance of the meals seemed old….like the products have sat in the fridge for quite some time.
Would not recommend. Staff were nice.

We love everything about this restaurant. The customer service was great and the food was delicious. It’s always good to try food from other countries. My favorite was the burrito.

No pride in their work. They messed up tacos and quesadillas. Food got us sick. The lady owner kept glaring at us too, so yeah this place has issues. Probably old expired food too

Raw tortillas on both the Tacos and Quesadilla. Horrible. They didn't even try. Every taco place in C-ville and Dtown have this problem. It's extremely disappointing. Taco Bell is better.

Ordered several times via DoorDash. Thought the restaurant may have had an off day.
Ordered again 11/18/25 for my birthday. I would have rather had taco bell. The taco - no sauce, no cabbage, no pico. The shrimp in it was clearly frozen shrimp, that was over cooked and not a single item in the tortilla. The tortilla was horrible.
Ordered a chicken and cheese burrito. Burrito had no cheese. No cheese on the side. The chicken was dry as anything.
My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla. It had no peppers, onions. Same situation with the chicken and almost no cheese.
Our nachos? The steak was so fatty and inedible.
We all wound up sick in the bathroom after a half an hour. I have tried a few times from this restaurant and given them the benefit of the doubt. I despise writing negative reviews, but felt this was important.
Paid 4 dollars for a side of sour cream that was the equivalent of 2 tablespoons.

It's been several years since the first time I ate here (2006), and the food and service has been consistent throughout the years. It causes me to continue to return. The food is always delicious and well prepared.

Traveling from Conshohocken to get some food and you already know it’s so good! We got take out quesadilla platters (rice, beans, salad with a spicy guacamole sauce! It’s absolutely authentic Mexican cuisine and it’s worth the trip!

We love everything about Alquisiras. If you haven’t gone or ordered yet, we highly recommend it.We particularly like the green enchiladas, Al Pastor Tacos, their salsas, pico de gallo, street corn, and grilled cactus. We also love the Tres Leches Cake for dessert. We’ve eaten here twice so far and already have plans to come back a third time. The service was friendly both times and on Sundays they set up a tent outside.
Parking: The restaurant is at the far end of what looks like a small strip mall. There is plenty of parking.

Very nice restaurant!! Some of the cooks burn the food and server don't come around enough for tortillas or drinks. No one wants to yell for service ? Food for the most part is great but every now and then they bring you something burnt or missing seasoning such a burnt stuffed pepper or rice that lacks flavor. Service is over all friendly, but like I said doesn't come to tables enough for drinks and tortillas. Atmosphere is nice!! Bathroom however for the ladies had no paper towels to dry clean hands and bathroom is FREEZING !!!! ? Other than this stated a great place to eat!! ?

I have previously ordered from this restaurant multiple times and always had been pleased with the quality. Tonight I decided to order again and received a chicken quesadilla that was half full, soggy and covered in refried beans. When I looked in my quesadilla they added onions and peppers which they have never done before. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone number is not working. So I couldn't even report this to them. This has literally left a bad taste in my mouth. I would have submitted a picture as.i have taken one. But the option is not available.
