“I love what Happy Mixer has to offer generally. I'm already a faithful customer But, I recently did a custom order where I asked if they could make their chocolate dipped butter cookies as just butter cookies with sugar. It was something I wanted to try on a hunch I had about my past Christmas memories... Happy Mixer made a cookie that tasted exactly how my dad used to make sugar cookies at Christmas time. “We used Brooklyn Girl Bakery for a bridal shower cake. It was fantastic. The cake itself was visually stunning and perfect for the theme. Since we had two tiers, we were able to get two different flavors. The top was banana with traditional buttercream and the bottom was chocolate chip and chocolate filling. We did the smaller banana because we weren’t sure how it was go over with our group and guests were literally fighting to get the last piece. The banana cake will definitely be a birthday favorite in our family for years to come!“

I had mine on sourdough bread & she hers on a bed of lettuce with the tarragon chicken salad as well. Absolutely amazing. The chai latte was also great. I did not catch the barista’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly as well. All around great experience at the elegance cafe!“

I got a few cakes and a few bundtlettes and they staff was so super helpful. I didn’t preorder them but they attentively packaged everything and answered all of my questions.
