We've been to Chow Bistro a handful of times and it's typically pretty good. The inside space is really loud, especially if it's somewhat crowded. We ate outside. You do have to deal with the traffic noise but I would take that to conversations and loud cackling! Their outdoor patio needs some work and looks kind of junky these days. Putting in a new paver patio would be huge and more comfortable tables and chairs are needed. Service was okay but the kitchen was really slow...read full review

The desserts are very rich and best split or saved for later. The atmosphere is cozy with low lighting and neat decorations, making it a nice family restaurant or a relaxing spot for a date night. The BYOB policy is a bonus, and the fair pricing, solid portions, and present staff make it a must-try neighborhood gem. While the place can get noisy when full, it has never been loud during quieter visits, offering an intimate experience.
