The woman bartender told me they did not have frozen margaritas, and then I saw her pouring a frozen margarita from the machine…. Then I saw her pouring the frozen margarita from the machine... I asked the man bartender what it was in it, in case it was was going out of service or something, and he said it’s a frozen margarita and I could have one…
Also after she told me they didn’t have any, I told her I would need a second to look for something else. After a minute or so, I tried flagging her down but she wouldn’t come by. I kept trying to flag her down, she then took the orders of the 3 people next to me who just came in right away and wouldn’t even look at me even when I raising my hand and saying “excuse me”.
Very rude service.

Excellent experience! The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The ambience was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again😊
Oscar is an amazing person—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming & hard working.
Service was good & the food was okay.
The food was delicious and the people working there were very nice I ordered some chicken quesadillas with a side of rice and vegetables, and chicken and when I took my first bite it felt I ascended to the heavens from that one bite the chicken was extremely tender and it had a authentic taste like the food came straight from the heart of Mexico and the vegetables tasted extremely fresh from the garden of Eden itself and the atmosphere was incredible with the decorations and the Mexican style of the building it was very interesting and I have to say going here was a true experience that everyone should have in their lifetime.
Dinner and birthday celebration!!!! 10/10!!!!!

The food was delicious, and the actual atmosphere was very nice, but the floors were so sticky I legit got creeped out, and the stickiest parts were in the bathroom.
The food saves the review from being a one star bc the service was absolutely terrible. We (a 5 top) were sat when there was like two other tables in the entire inside part of the restaurant. It took well over 10 mins for someone to actually visit our table for the first time. For the 60 mins we spent at the restaurant I think we saw our server 4 times for a total of about 8 mins tops. I had to go to the host stand and ask for the check, I also had to go to the host stand to ask for the server to come get paid. We asked for water 3 times, it was just a mess. It became harder and harder to give the server the benefit of the doubt. They were very nice, as was the rest of the staff, but just being nice isn't enough for me to forget being forgotten time and time again.
So yeah, I'll be eating the food again, just from the comfort of my own home.

One of my favorite restaurants all around! The atmosphere, the decore, Laura is phenomenal, bartender, waitress, the host with the mostest! The food is so authentic, I felt like I was back in the Yucatan, without the traveling. I give this restaurant 10 Stars !!

Restaurantji Recommends
First time here and not sure if I will return. Restaurant wasn't really crowded. Ordered drinks and tableside guacamole. 1st guacamole isn't made tableside false advertisement. Then ordered dinner. Appetizer, and food was brought to table before our alcoholic drinks came to table. We even had to ask for more chips and silverware. Floors were dirty, silverware not really clean and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No soap, toliet paper, or paper towels. Also lets not mop up the floor thats soaked and just put a sign up saying wet floor. Went to general manager which I felt like I was talking to the wall. Stay away from this location. Dont recommend this establishment.

We love it here. The food always exceeds our expectations especially regarding portion size, taste, cost to value, and presentation. The drinks are out of this country and truly make you feel like you are abroad. Lastly leaves me to description the staff. They never let you down or let your drinks reach 3/4 empty. Chips were refilled immediately and we were never left wondering where our server was if we needed anything. Today we had Wilson and he was AMAZING! Until tomorrow, we will always be back.

Food is overpriced and way below average in quality. Had the fish entree and it was served barely warm and completely covered with chunks of mango salsa that was definitely not prepared as a topping for fish like you would typically get at a nice restaurant. It looked like it came out of a can. The fish was served with a huge mound of cold rice and no vegetable at all! It was an awful meal and definitely seemed like it had been precooked and then reheated in a microwave prior to being served. The fish was entirely overcooked to the point of being dry. I would have sent my food back and left, but I was treating my friend for her birthday and she wanted to eat there. I spent the same amount of money for two people that you would typically spend at a nice restaurant with good quality food. It was the first time I've ever been to a Plaza Azteca and definitely will be the last time!!! However I will say the waiter was decent and friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
