First time experience was delightful in all ways! Friendly staff, lots of choices for soups, sandwiches, salads, combo meals. Chicken noodle and baked potato soups were fresh, hearty, and lots of flavor. Cobb salads also had a lot of fresh greens and ingredients. Nice clean modern and open atmosphere, comfortable booths and tables. Will make Zoup! one of my definite stops when I’m in Collegeville!
The service is great, atmosphere relaxing. The soups taste good but aren’t always hot, about 40% of the time they can be classified more lukewarm or room temperature. The sandwiches are good but not always consistent on how they are put together. Example: if your sandwich has onion on it then one time you will get a lot of onion the next time you order it you may get one piece of onion. I wish there was more consistency.
