Went to zoup around noon and it was slow so unsure why our order was so messed up. Spent about $20 for a kids grilled cheese which it’s only half of a grilled cheese and they literally only toasted the one side of the sandwich. The two women inside were making our cup of soup which was the chicken pot pie and the one said to the other that they already went through 1.5 bags and that they will need to “stretch the soup out”! Does that mean smaller portions or diluting the soup? They also asked us about bread for the soup and salad but we didn’t get bread. Total disappointment and won’t return.

We went our first time in zoup will be the last , unprofessional employees who laughed at us for misprouncing a word , totally uncalled for messy sandwich over priced for awful food dried up soups disgusting. They should be ashamed of them selves .

First time experience was delightful in all ways! Friendly staff, lots of choices for soups, sandwiches, salads, combo meals. Chicken noodle and baked potato soups were fresh, hearty, and lots of flavor. Cobb salads also had a lot of fresh greens and ingredients. Nice clean modern and open atmosphere, comfortable booths and tables. Will make Zoup! one of my definite stops when I’m in Collegeville!

The service is great, atmosphere relaxing. The soups taste good but aren’t always hot, about 40% of the time they can be classified more lukewarm or room temperature. The sandwiches are good but not always consistent on how they are put together. Example: if your sandwich has onion on it then one time you will get a lot of onion the next time you order it you may get one piece of onion. I wish there was more consistency. The staff is always friendly and outgoing, and that’s what keeps me coming back. The food overall is good, the price is reasonable and the staff nice.

I have to say I have had the best experiences at zoop with this Young hard working total cool down to earth hard working young man Ryan . Rest of staff is good as well it's just the fast paced friendly presicion this guy shows in his job . I will continue to enjoy our company lunches and think of you guys as what keeps me going through out the work week .HAPPY NEW YEAR !

My only complaint would be concerning the ease of ordering. Those who wear glasses, or the elderly would probably have a hard time reading the menu boards. Why not paper menus or a QR code for the menu? Otherwise, great place for soup and sandwiches. $$

Every time I visit this location I am shocked by how far above and beyond every staff member goes for the customers. They always greet you with a smile and are willing to let you try any soup you want, even if they've seen you come in here many times before. One specific man, who I assume must be the manager, is astoundingly good at placing faces and has greeted me by name on multiple occasions, even if it has been a week since I have been in the store. On top of the customer service, the food is always delicious and fresh. I go here all the time and completely recommend it!

First timer here! The 2 team memebers (young man with long blonde hair and young lady with dark hair) were so nice and welcoming! They said hello when we walked in and we’re very helpful with the menu! Very clean restaurant and bathrooms! Cute and mellow atmosphere. Everyone, including who I believe is the Manager here wished us a great day upon leaving. As a manager myself, the customer service was awesome leading to a 10/10 guest experience!! Food was amazing, best I’ve had! Thank you guys!!!

Just got back from lunch and I’m still annoyed so I need to write this review. I’ve been to this Zoup many times and have ALWAYS gotten a small soup with a roll which is a perfect portion for me. All of a sudden today I was told they’ve had a change in their policy and can only sell the small size soup if it was a combination meal. Really?!?!?! Restaurants need to start respecting the fact that because of medical restrictions some people can’t do a combination meal or a larger size soup. I loved the fact that they seemed to cater to all people by offering different sizes but now apparently that has changed! Please reconsider your new policy. I would think making a sale for a small soup if it was part of a larger order (I had 2 other people with me) is better than losing a customer’s business which will now likely happen. Thanks for being inclusive until you weren’t ☹️
