I have been coming here for years, so I was very surprised by the poor customer service I experienced on 06/11/2026 at around 7:30 PM.
The man wearing a gray shirt who was serving me was very aggressive. He first rang up my order incorrectly, and when I tried to explain everything I had ordered, he put his finger up and told me to relax.
I remained respectful during the interaction, but he was unprofessional and clearly did not seem to enjoy his job. This experience was disappointing because CJ’s has always provided great customer service in the past.
CJ’s has to do better. This was a bad look, especially since good customer service should always be a priority.
First time visiting CJ Water Ice & Ice Cream and we had such a great experience! I took my 5-year-old grandbaby and she absolutely loved it. The treats were delicious, the atmosphere was fun and family-friendly, and the staff was very welcoming. Seeing her smile the whole time made it even better. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

It’s disappointing to support a local business and end up being charged more than the price I was told. I bought 2 ice creams, was told one price, but charged a different one. Honesty and consistency really matter.”

I got food poisoning from here, I wouldn’t recommend.

The customer service is trash. The lady at the register is ignorant. And she charged me $3 more for a plastic cup when I needed to use it as a lid. Water ice ain’t even that good
