I brought a cookies n cream cake a day before pick up date. They were very professional on the phone and in person! The pricing is very reasonable not expensive at all. The most important I should say is the cake smelled and looked sooo good! When I took my first bite the cake tasted exactly like the flavor moist sweet fresh cream! Best cake I had in a long time

They do have good cupcakes but the lady who answers the phone and at the counter is nasty. All I did was ask about the free delivery because my purchase would be over 20.00. So I was asked my zip code so that they can see if they deliver in my area, in which they do, I was still being charged a fee for delivery. I also was told that the advertisement of a free delivery warrants me to order the same day like I am ordering food. This place also stated your Valentine orders had to be in by Feb 8th. So today is the Feb 6th. The lady told me well your order has to be made. Yes I know that , like all the other desserts in the store. What difference does it make I'm still ordering cup cakes . If you can't articulate your advertisement I would say it's mis leading. Why would you deliver on any other day but because it's a specialty cup cake , I can't get a delivery and I have to pay extra on top of the 30.00 dollars for the cup cakes. I also was ordering other cup cakes for Feb 13th. which means the cup cakes can be delivered but the specialty cup cakes can not unless I pay 10.00. So basically all this attitude when really delivery is offered daily of purchases over $20.00. Well I will take my 40.00 purchase and order elsewhere. I never have a problem with the owner, but it's always a problem with this one black lady who can't communicate. This is the second black bakery I have left for bad attitudes. There are never any issues dealing with Drexel Hill bakery or their websites . I am sorry but can no longer keep supporting small businesses with their staff having bad attitudes so I just hung up and said thank you !!! Sorry great cupcakes and bad attitudes is a conflict of interest for me.
